Отель расположен удобно, до центра города можно добраться на автобусе за 20 минут. Персонал вежливый, позитивный и очень внимательный. Номер отличный, убирают каждый день и постельное белье меняют ежедневно. Особенно хотелось выразить благодарность Эсмире, которая убирает номера, за ее отличную работу и душевное отношение к гостям. Она молодец. Очень довольны проведенным отпуском, будет возможность, приедем еще раз.

酒店離巴庫老城幾公里，外部環境優美，是吃喝玩樂的好地方，晚上和週末很多人。酒店大堂裝飾很有特色，擺設很多。早餐麪包品種不多，水果較多。房間如正常酒店大小，設施簡單，一個房間沒風筒，一個房間馬桶沖水有問題。房間衞生人員服務意思不強，外出再三交待搞好衞生，回來時衹搞了一個房間。

At the reception they said that the beach belongs to another owner, which, as it turned out, was another deception (the lifeguard and the hotel beach). In response to the demand to call the hotel manager, I heard that the Russian did not understand, if you want, call him yourself. At 15.00 they begin to remove the sun loungers from the only pool where you can relax. At night there are screams in the hotel corridor, the climate control system blinds with its brightness. The next morning for breakfast they said that we had already taken too much, despite the fact that the system was a buffet and we took 4 plates of food for 4 people (2 rooms) (apparently, according to the logic of the hotel, one of us should have remained hungry, for example, grandmother or child). After this insult we went to the beach, where we were informed that the swimming season ended on September 15th. During the conversation with the manager and director of the hotel, they were assured that there would be no more problems, they promised a free lunch and to supply sun loungers at another hotel. We waited for sun loungers for over an hour. The promised lunch did not arrive, apparently the hotel staff had the same attitude towards the hotel management as they do towards the guests - disdainful. The only swimming pool belonging to the hotel was closed because... it was rented for a wedding. Naturally, guests were not warned about this. Loud music and screams continued until night. We ordered a spa: terrible smell, dirt, no towels or robes. Of all the equipment, only the barely warm sauna was working. Half the light bulbs in the room don't work, the shower stall leaks, leaving it feels like entering a paddling pool. The plumbing is all cracked. The walls are dirty. Towels are torn, with threads sticking out. The cleaning lady takes other people's things without permission. The overall impression is of a terrible hotel or prison, where guests are treated like convicts. You pay a lot of money for the hotel's rude attitude towards you. I definitely do not recommend visiting.

Воровство персонала! 02.09.2023 придя в номер я обнаружила что мой новый флакон от Baccarat опустошили до дна! Персонал никак не реагирует и этим самым дает знать что такое у них часто практикуется.Мне сильно испортили настроение………..

Horrible staff, they don't provide the service you paid for. Never check into this hotel, the reason is that you pay for a room for three or two with separate beds, and they put you in a single or double room with one bed!!!!
