"Service: The boss is enthusiastic in service, asks to see the room first, the boss has been waiting, warm introduction and welcome, including considering the elderly, and recommended us room types without steps. It is really attentive. During the stay, I have been asking if I need to contact at any time.
Hygienic: clean and tidy, the toilet is a smart toilet, the overall environment and hygiene are comparable to a five-star hotel, the bath towels and towels are very clean

"It is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos."

The service is warm and attentive, breakfast is plentiful, and the location is convenient. It offers great value for money. My trip to Northern Xinjiang was wonderful, and I highly recommend it! If you're visiting Sayram Lake, you definitely need at least two days; one day is simply not enough."

GGuest User🙂 Sharing a hidden gem hotel I discovered in Bole. Last night, we returned to Bole City from Sayram Lake Scenic Area after 10 PM. We had booked the Bole Xihai Lijing Hotel (Bole Grand Bazaar Branch) in advance. The hotel is located right next to the Grand Bazaar, with beautiful night views and convenient parking. The lobby was very comfortable, with a luxurious and warm decor. The receptionists were friendly and attentive. The room was even more satisfying; it was very warm, fully equipped with smart technology including a smart toilet, automatic curtains, a smart bathroom mirror, a hairdryer, and a kettle. The room was clean and tidy, with attention to detail, and even included an emergency flashlight, bottled water, tea, and coffee. Breakfast was on the third floor, beautifully decorated and clean. Unfortunately, we forgot the breakfast time and arrived late the next morning; the restaurant had already closed. However, a lovely lady in the restaurant said they had some side dishes, steamed buns, eggs, and milk, and offered to prepare them for us if possible. Surprisingly, the side dishes were plentiful and delicious, including incredibly tasty braised beef. The milk was also authentic and rich, making for a truly satisfying meal. I'm so grateful for the hotel restaurant's attentive service! 🌹🌹 Also, there's a Snow Lotus Restaurant next to the hotel entrance, with luxurious decor and a strong exotic flair. It's always brightly lit and packed at night. On our evening at the hotel, we had a hot and comforting lamb soup rice (everything at the restaurant was delicious, but it was too late to try it). During this trip, I only stayed one night at the hotel and didn't have time to explore the bazaar. Next time I'm in Bole, this hotel will be my go-to place! ❤🥰🥰

GGuest UserThis hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the East Gate entrance of the scenic area. The facilities are excellent, and the bedding is very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Alamati Beke, was incredibly helpful. He brought us afternoon tea welcoming snacks and even cut the melon we brought ourselves. We really appreciate his service. The stay also included a complimentary boat ride, and Sayram Lake is stunning. Staying so close allowed us to visit both in the early morning and late evening, which was fantastic. Overall, there's room for improvement with breakfast, but everything else was perfect.

GGuest UserOur stay at Sailimu Lake Stargazing Camp was fantastic! The camp environment is beautiful, clean, and tidy, and it's very close to Sailimu Lake, offering truly stunning scenery. The staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process very smooth.
My child absolutely loved it here, had a great time playing at the camp, and kept saying they want to come back. Watching the starry sky at night and enjoying the beautiful lakeside views in the morning created such a relaxing atmosphere. It's really perfect for a vacation with kids and family.
I'm so glad we chose this place; it created wonderful memories for our trip to Yili, Xinjiang. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sailimu Lake!

GGuest UserIn order to visit Sailimu Lake during the off-season period, I chose to book a yurt for one night~
The 5-point praise given by everyone is because I prepared myself mentally before going to the yurt, but it was really much better than I expected! ! The yurt is very warm and clean, and my uncle provided firewood in advance.
Although it is true that there are dry toilets and no bathing, the feeling of following the locals also gave me a very novel experience. In the morning, my husband used a kettle (a cassette stove and a kettle that he brought with him) to help me wash my hair. There are always more ways than difficulties.
Uncle, aunt, and Xiaoye are very enthusiastic. The spicy and sour potato shreds and tomato scrambled eggs made by aunt are really my mother's taste~The mutton is really fragrant~
There was also a super beautiful Milky Way and shooting stars. The two of them drank and took pictures of the stars and played until 3 o'clock at night.
Forgive the city children for not seeing the world.
I really like it here, but I can’t stay another night because of my schedule, but I will immediately recommend it to my friends who are going next!
Anyway, I heard that April and May are the most beautiful seasons in Sailimu Lake. See you there~

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

AAnonymous UserIt is close to the old east gate, and it can be reached in ten minutes on foot. It takes about half an hour to walk from the entrance of the new scenic spot. There are a lot of food around, and the supermarket is very convenient. The floor heating is very sufficient, the duplex room type can accommodate 6 people, it is too suitable for a family to stay, the off-season price is relatively high, it is OK to stay for one night. Sailimu Lake is really beautiful! ! ! !

Saihu is famous, and the surrounding accommodation and dining are expensive. This hotel is cost-effective. Very close to the east gate of the scenic spot, surrounded by apartment-type homestays. Breakfast is not included (maybe the standard here), the porridge shop at the gate is more expensive than the super first-tier cities. There is no cold air conditioning here, maybe consider the situation in winter. On the first floor, there is a little brother responsible for registration.

Standing by the monument, watching the lake's waves, with snow-capped mountains in the distance – every single frame is so beautiful it leaves you speechless! The yurt is clean and has a unique Kazakh charm. The owner is super friendly and even pointed out the best photo spots. If you're coming to Sayram Lake, staying here is an instant romance booster!

GGuest UserBooked for a friend, who said they were very satisfied. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming. Regarding hygiene and facilities: the hotel rooms were large and new, with no exhaust fumes or cigarette smoke. The toilets didn't smell bad, and the towels were spotless. I even checked the sheets and pillowcases – no stains. The sheets had creases indicating they had been replaced. The water pressure and temperature were perfect, and there was a hairdryer. The rooms were well-soundproofed, and there were plenty of electrical outlets. There's also a restaurant nearby; the grilled white salmon skewers were delicious 😋, the poached white salmon was good 😋, the white salmon noodle soup was just okay (I don't really like it) 😐, the white salmon dumplings were good. The scenery was beautiful. A perfect trip, I would definitely choose this hotel again.
