Me and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night.
Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.

Overall satisfaction, the price and location are quite reasonable. After all, it takes two or three minutes to walk to the Tourist Distribution Center to take a bus tour of Changbai Mountain.
What needs to be complained is that the bus into the mountain drives very slowly, and it takes three hours to drive back and forth, which is drowsy.

The location is particularly advantageous. It’s only a 20-step walk from the Hyatt Ski House to Baihusuo. Every day at noon, we go back to the ski house to change out of snowshoes before going to eat. The Hyatt Ski House can rent and return helmets multiple times. and shoes. It's also within a 3-5 minute walk to the water park and Halla Mountain.
I stayed for three days and skied all day every day, so I didn’t explore the interior of the hotel or go to the outdoor pool, but I did play with the dogs. The vacation benefits are the same in every hotel.
What needs to be complained about is that the alarm clock rang at 12 o'clock in the morning on the second night. It may have been the Apple stereo on the bedside that my aunt came across while cleaning. This kind of old equipment should have been replaced long ago. Why keep it? Is it fun to use it as an alarm clock in the middle of the night? The bathroom with separate dry and wet areas has a peculiar smell and no exhaust.
The receptionist at the night shift was very nice and had the style of a big hotel.
But the boy who manages the ski house has a bad attitude towards guests who don't want to rent a locker to store their shoes. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

It's a one-bedroom and one-living room room, but there is only one bathroom. It's a bit troublesome to take a shower with many people. One person has to wait for 20 minutes before the next person can take a shower. AAdrian 阿德The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm.
Things I specially liked:
- Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China.
- Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap.
- There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor.
- I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport.
We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm.
I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.
