"I was surprised to find so many filming locations nearby! It's also very close to Changbai Mountain, where you can even capture the golden sunrise over the mountain. Jinjiang Wooden House Village is only a five-minute drive away. The staff even recommended some excellent photo spots at the Magic World Scenic Area, as well as some local food and entertainment recommendations, all of which were quite good. We brought a team of 20 for a team-building trip, and they were incredibly thoughtful in everything from reception to accommodation! In the evening, the team went to Lexiang KTV for another team-building activity. It's so convenient to go anywhere; such comprehensive services are unique in the area!"

"Excellent location, right in the center of town. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a great layout, exactly as pictured. Fantastic value for money!
The hotel offers a wide range of activities, and the kids' playground is large and very clean. In the evenings, there were cultural performances like iron flower fireworks and the Phoenix Flying to the Sky show in the small plaza. Our kids had two wonderfully fun and fulfilling days."

MM44301****Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries.
Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed.
Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic.
Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.

AAnonymous UserWe originally planned to stay for just 3 nights, but ended up extending our stay to 6 — and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing hospitality from the manager, Mr Zhang Meng Xu.
Zhang was incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What really made the difference was how he took the time to introduce us to many attractions, activities, foods, and interesting things to do around the area. His recommendations made the trip far more enjoyable and helped us discover places, foods we probably would have missed otherwise.
Because of his helpful guidance and the welcoming atmosphere, extending our stay felt like an easy decision. Truly appreciate the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended

Our family had a truly wonderful stay, and this first review is dedicated to expressing our sincere appreciation to the amazing hotel team. Every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely caring, making our stay a memorable five-star experience.
First of all, our heartfelt thanks go to 车队任师傅 for picking us up from the railway station. As it was our first visit here, his warm welcome immediately gave us a wonderful first impression of the hotel. Throughout our stay, all of our transportation arrangements were handled by 车队任师傅, who was always punctual, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
We would also like to thank 宫程经理 for arranging our transportation so efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and even offering us a complimentary room upgrade without even asking. It was a thoughtful surprise that we truly appreciated.
A very special thank you goes to 陈雪姣经理 and the entire front office team for their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful care towards our family throughout our stay. Every interaction reflected genuine five-star hospitality. Thank you once again, 陈雪姣经理. It is clear that this resort truly understands how to deliver an exceptional experience that exceeds guests' expectations, and your leadership is reflected throughout the team.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to the restaurant team, especially 夏经理 and her colleagues. From our very first breakfast to every dining experience afterwards, the service was consistently excellent. 夏经理 showed exceptional kindness and care, especially towards our little one, making every meal a pleasant and memorable experience.
One of the biggest reasons we decided to extend our stay was 亲子教练甜甜姐姐. This was truly an extra bonus that set this resort apart from the other five-star resorts in the area. Her passion, patience, creativity, and dedication to the children's activities created unforgettable memories for our family, and our little one enjoyed every single moment.
Last but certainly not least, our sincere thanks go to 摄影老师大白 for professionally capturing the precious memories of our little one. These beautiful moments will always remind us of our wonderful family holiday here.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a grand exterior, but the location is a bit out of the way and the surrounding area is deserted. Many of the hot spring pools were closed, and the service was a mess. I stayed for two nights, and when I came back on the second day, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned, the trash hadn't been taken out, and the water hadn't been brought in... This is the first time I've encountered this situation in a high-end hotel! The hotel restaurant is quite good, and the set meals are quite affordable.
