The hotel has a grand exterior, but the location is a bit out of the way and the surrounding area is deserted. Many of the hot spring pools were closed, and the service was a mess. I stayed for two nights, and when I came back on the second day, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned, the trash hadn't been taken out, and the water hadn't been brought in... This is the first time I've encountered this situation in a high-end hotel! The hotel restaurant is quite good, and the set meals are quite affordable.

We would also like to thank 宫程经理 for arranging our transportation so efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and even offering us a complimentary room upgrade without even asking. It was a thoughtful surprise that we truly appreciated. A very special thank you goes to 陈雪姣经理 and the entire front office team for their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful care towards our family throughout our stay.
