It belongs to the renovation of the residential building, there is no hotel standardized front desk, room cleaning, luggage storage and other supporting services. If you want to clean halfway, you need to take the initiative to contact the housekeeper; 5. The building is an ordinary residential area, the elevator and corridor environment are more life-oriented, the sound insulation is not as good as a professional hotel, and occasionally you can hear the neighbors' movements; 6. No breakfast, room toiletries are relatively simple, and the supporting hardware is far less than the hotel chain. Summary: Suitable for families and friends to live in short-term; travelers who pursue standardized services and hotel facilities are not recommended.

Very nice resort. I didn’t use all the amenities but it looks very nice. The food is not very foreigner friendly, specially the breakfast. Not many people during the weekdays so buffet isn’t available but the people is very nice and welcoming.

The homestay opened after the Navy retired, the store was very kind and welcoming, the homestay was very clean, and the tide viewing angle was super good. The Mid-Autumn Festival special brought the baby to see the tide. The decoration of this homestay is full of navy style. The store will also enthusiastically tell the children about the experience of being a soldier before. The children are super interested. The boss is very enthusiastic, and the time of the tide is more accurate than the public account, and he will intimately inform us in advance that the tide is coming and hurry up to see it. There is also an astronomical telescope on the public balcony to watch the tide. It is highly recommended to book a room with a balcony that can directly watch the tide, facing the Qiantang River, plus the advantages of 2 and 3 floor heights, which is much more advantageous than watching the tide view on the dike downstairs. For breakfast during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the store also specially opened the moon cake gift box to invite us to eat. It was so enthusiastic. I highly recommend this!

As an inn, it is already very good! The key point needs to be said, the boss family is very, very, very good! As soon as we arrived at the inn, the capable boss daughter helped us check in, and reminded us that we could hurry to see the tide! The proprietress smiled and said that she would send us breakfast, really, nothing to say! I met the boss later, very enthusiastic! There are not many people in the whole resort on weekends, so the experience is great. The small bridge is flowing, and the flowers and fish lights are quiet and interesting. The shuttle bus basically didn't wait very smoothly. The accommodation was upgraded to the lead singer hotel for free. The room was very spacious. The mini bar had free drinks. The window was a small river. Watching the fish swim in the water for a while, I felt that I could fish directly in the room. Unfortunately, the fish was in the car. The most remarkable thing is the breakfast, very rich and tastes good. If there is anything to be improved, one is that the water in the shower in the room can be bigger. Another is the episode that said that the system was remodeled that day. All restaurants in the scenic area could not scan the code to order. It was a bit messy before returning to liberation overnight. I forgot to serve us food and waited for a long time.

The room can see the Qiantang River, the view is beautiful! The sanitary environment is quite good 👍 and the facilities are very new. I would like to especially praise the service sisters on duty. Near the Aegean Sea, shopping is convenient, there are many relics of the old house, and there is a food street next to it, which is very lively at night. The facilities are very old, the shower head will fall off at any time, the curtains are stained, the bed is super hard, but the price is super cheap, it is worth the money.
