"A surprisingly pleasant stay! The room was very soundproof. Zora at the front desk was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. She handled check-in efficiently and thoughtfully informed us of everything we needed to know. She left a fantastic impression!"

"This truly is the top hotel among the four in the scenic area, the largest and most magnificent! Upon entering the room, I found the layout a bit strange. You open the door directly into the bedroom with two large beds, and then you walk further in to find the living room. The living room doesn't have an air conditioning vent, so if we're sleeping and close the partition door, anyone in the living room would get very stuffy. So, the layout design isn't very reasonable. A key point is that while there are many suites, most of them have bunk beds. For family trips, people don't just bring children, they might also bring elderly family members, so bunk beds aren't very convenient. The bathroom, on the other hand, is quite spacious and has a double vanity, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast was quite generous, and the dining area was very large. Since the weather was hot, we stayed in the hotel and enjoyed concerts throughout the day. We could hear at least two to three different concerts a day, never repeating. This place is definitely perfect for those who want to relax and do nothing on vacation. The shuttle bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and there are plenty of buses, so no waiting is needed. Getting in and out is very convenient. The staff were also very warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions."

"My experience during the National Day holiday stay was just average. The bathroom door in picture six was moldy, which made me concerned about the cleanliness of the room. The hotel surely could have anticipated the high volume of guests during the holiday, but the breakfast supply couldn't keep up. Dishes like steamed buns were empty for half an hour, and replenishment was very slow. I saw many guests giving feedback at the front desk, but the improvement was limited. The supporting services during the holiday didn't match the occupancy scale."

"This hotel is right next to Nanguanxiang, within walking distance, so the location is decent, which is a plus. The room cleanliness was acceptable; it looked quite clean. However, some issues have been addressed. First, the soundproofing—last time, the sound of running water was clearly audible in the upstairs bathroom. The air conditioning was the same; if you turned the temperature down even slightly, it would start making a tractor-like noise, even with just a slight fan speed. It was a clanging, clattering sound, like a train rolling on tracks with a whistling noise. This time, the soundproofing was significantly better, and the air conditioning was already on. I paid special attention last night and didn't hear any noise. Overall, it seems like an improvement. Then, the breakfast—the variety was quite good. However, I didn't eat much; I just looked at it and ate a bowl of scallion oil noodles. The scallion oil was quite fragrant, and it looked fresh. Finally, the service—besides Atour's usual basic greetings, they even brought me a pair of earplugs beforehand. I'm not sure if it's because of the issue I mentioned last time, but overall the experience this time was pretty good. The underground parking garage at this Atour Hotel is large. The charging stations seem to belong to the property management; the receptionist recommended charging at a neighboring complex, which was significantly cheaper."

"The hotel is located within the Chaole City of Yanguan, offering a charming and quaint setting. Our housekeeper, Xiaoshuang, contacted us the night before check-in to explain how to enter the hotel. The service was excellent and all questions were answered promptly. Although only a portion of the ancient city was open, the scenery was beautiful, and there were many performances and interactive activities. The hotel also offers unlimited entry to the ancient city and a visit to Tide Watching Park. While there were no high tides during our stay, we did see some low tides. Aside from the hot weather, this trip was otherwise quite enjoyable."

"The most perfect hotel ever! It's located within the beautiful Yanguan Ancient Town. If you're driving, you can park in the VIP parking lot. From the main entrance, it's about a 5-minute walk to the hotel, and your luggage can be sent directly to your room by the reception at the main gate. The ancient town itself isn't very crowded, and the hotel's environment is elegant and quiet. Everything from the reception service to the dining experience is truly commendable."
