Public areas very cold , especially at the breakfast restaurant.. suppose to be warm but unfortunately most of guest need to keep the coat on . Not suitable to eat dinner at the hotel due for the same reason . Pity .

First of all, the hotel hardware is very good. The room is very spacious, with two beds and a chaise longue with armrests. Three generations of people, one old, one big and one small, stayed there. It was very comfortable. The facilities in the room were very new and good. The room with a balcony could see the river view and sunrise. I stayed at the Pacific Hotel and went to Hangzhou during the day. I suggest that everyone go to Hangzhou to park their cars in the Huanglong Sports Parking Lot, which is capped at 30 yuan. It is very convenient to take children and the elderly to the Science and Technology Museum, the Natural History Museum and the West Lake. The hotel exterior and the West Lake scenery are shown later.
