The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Confucius Temple. It's incredibly convenient for catching the gate-opening ceremony in the morning and the light show at night, making it perfect for sightseeing and a pleasant stay. The environment is elegant, with exquisite garden scenery, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous. It would be even better if the breakfast offered more variety and higher quality.

Complete facilities: The B&B has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable and soft, providing a good accommodation experience. High cost performance: B&Bs are reasonably priced and cost effective. You can enjoy high-quality accommodation without feeling financial pressure.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the guest room facilities are new and complete. The XiaoDu voice assistant is convenient and quick to use, and the cleaning is meticulous. The staff are professional and polite. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. It's very convenient for travel and sightseeing, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The room was fantastic, a cozy two-story layout with a balcony! We were able to experience the charm of Confucian culture up close (it's very close to the 'Three孔' scenic area). Our family excitedly discussed the Analects, believing that in such a quiet and harmonious environment, Confucius himself would surely feel our presence. The experience was unparalleled! We also felt the meticulous and thoughtful assistance from Marriott's front desk staff, Xiao Qian and Xiao Hong, who are from the birthplace of Confucianism. They helped me mail documents and even sent back my child's pants that were left behind after we checked out! I'm not sure if 'Marriott' (万豪) derives its '万' from the 'wan ren gong qiang' (万仞宫墙 - ten-thousand-foot palace wall) and its '豪' from the 'hao jie' (豪杰 - heroes) who have bowed down for centuries, but I do know that 'green hair' (绿发 - *possibly a playful or inside reference, hard to translate directly without context, so kept as is*) hides the promise of our family's next spontaneous journey!

It was pretty good. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very close to the scenic area, only a five-minute drive away. We had lunch directly at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, where they also introduced the Confucius Family Cuisine, which was great value for money. We had elderly people and children with us, and they kindly extended our check-out by half an hour, which was very considerate. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out, which was a nice touch.

This hotel is arguably the closest to the Confucius Temple. It's just a two or three-minute walk to the Wall of Ten Thousand Ren (Wanren Gongqiang). I managed to catch the closing ceremony in the evening, followed by the light show at night, and then the opening ceremony the next morning. The courtyard environment is beautiful, with little rabbits and cats, and lots of flowers and plants. The room itself was very spacious. I booked a twin room but actually got a two-story loft, with traditional large wooden doors – it was a really unique experience. The service was warm and attentive. They offered snacks and a gift upon check-in, and brought yogurt in the evening. Breakfast was generous with a good variety. I also had lunch here; both the Qilin Yushu and the stir-fried pork were delicious. They even gave me a ruler as a souvenir when I checked out, which I carried all the way home!

Just a short walk to Kong Temple and Kong Mansion. Hotel was in a place boxed in by other building. My room looks out to another building just about 10M away. Room itself was still comfortable enough. Breakfast is ok. Reception staff was polite and greet every time we walk in or out

I have to commend the hotel's service! From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly attentive. The front desk patiently answered all my questions and even proactively helped with my luggage. The cleaning staff were meticulous, tidying the room and replenishing supplies daily. I accidentally left an item behind at check-out, and the staff promptly contacted me and helped mail it back – I was so touched. The hygiene and facilities were top-notch, making for a truly excellent experience!

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the parking attendant was also very welcoming. The front desk even gave me a special gift from Qufu when I checked out, which was a nice touch to remember the city by. The hotel's location is fantastic, right near the Three Confucius Sites and a pedestrian street. While the room decor showed a little wear and tear and wasn't spectacular, and the bathroom was a bit small, and the elevator felt a little cramped, none of these minor points affected a good, restful stay.

During my trip to Qufu, I was fortunate to stay at Guandemen Manju B&B, a very special place to stay. It is located in the center of Qufu and has a superior location, which allows me to easily go to cultural landmarks such as Confucius Temple and Confucius Mansion to feel the historical charm of this ancient city. The design style of the homestay combines traditional and modern elements to create a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The interior decoration of the room is simple and stylish, and the beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good quality of sleep. Although the hotel does not provide catering services, the staff was very enthusiastic to recommend the surrounding food to me, so that while exploring local food, I can feel the hospitality of Qufu. In terms of service, the staff of the hotel are very professional and friendly, and they pay full attention to the needs of every guest. Whether it is check-in procedures or daily consultation, they have shown patience and meticulousness, which makes me feel the warmth of home. Although no catering service is provided, the convenience of the homestay has not been affected. There are many restaurants and snack bars around, which allows me to easily enjoy a variety of cuisines. This arrangement has given me more freedom to explore and try the local food culture. In short, Qufu Guandemen Manju B&B is an ideal accommodation choice, whether it is for travelers who want to experience traditional culture or tourists seeking a comfortable accommodation environment.
