The balcony is very spacious with 36 sqm as well as the 2 adjoining terraces with 16 sqm each (one of them covered). Two bedrooms are on the top floor, a smaller bathroom with shower and a large bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, sauna, toilet and whirlpool. The outside areas consist of a large balcony (36 sqm) and 2 smaller ones (east and west). All rooms have southern sea views and are equipped with a total of 5 Lcd Tv (multilingual programs). The air conditioner has 3 outdoor units and 6 indoor units and offers a pleasant sleep and lingering temperature all year round. In the event of a stay in the winter months, our central heating warms the entire villa in a cozy and warm way. Wifi can be received without problems in the entire villa and on
