"Service was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty!
The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless.
It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city.
I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc."

A perfect stay! I really like the style of this hotel.
The elegant design uses wooden elements to blend pastoral style with colonial style. The aroma in the room is very good, I had a good rest, the sound insulation is good, the room is spacious, clean and brand new! The location is perfect for being quiet in the bustle and within walking distance to surrounding attractions. The hotel itself also has a spa experience with massages that are pretty good. The service staff were very enthusiastic and responsible. When we were leaving the hotel and waiting for the bus, a beggar approached us. The hotel security immediately came to protect us. We were very touched! Highly recommended!

Although the hotel is a little far from the city center, about ten minutes' walk, the hotel environment is very comfortable, the room is large, the roof has a viewing pool, you can overlook the volcano and the church, the hotel is a magnificent hotel, the front desk Mr ALfredo service is warm, take the initiative to help me solve the itinerary problem, Saved a lot of time and travel smoothly

The room is spacious, the facilities are complete, and the environment is elegant.
I have always liked and recommended Marriott Hotel. This time, it was a pleasant experience for both body and mind.

A nice and quiet hotel, only a bit cold at night.
It is just a few streets from the zocalo in a bit more quiet area.

The hotel is in a great location near many places. The staff are very friendly. The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.
