Oslo Hotels with Balcony

Location is convenient, about 10 mins walk from Oslo S. although it is in the direction nearer to the office buildings and away from the attractions. Breakfast spread is amazing and tastes good. Room and bathroom are spacious, bed is soft and comfortable. The only drawback is the amenities. There is no toothbrush provided, and I find the shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash a little too mild / diluted, would have preferred it to be thicker and foamier. Body soap is ok.

Decor is excellent and the theme of the rooms is cohesive and smart. Excellent gym but pool was an additional cost, unless you have a suite. This was a disappointment and gives the place a cheap feeling.  There were lots of additional events being held at the hotel which gave the place a noisy and overly busy feel. Often large groups of party goers waiting for lifts at night. Corridors are also quite busy and noisy. There is a feel that hotel guests are a necessary afterthought when these events are held. Staff ranged from very nice to indifferent and sometimes even disdainful.  Overall I wouldn’t describe this hotel as peaceful or a place that makes you feel at ease.

I didn't have time to use the facilities as my flight was changed and I needed to leave early in the morning. I didn't realize breakfast was included (I feel like it usually isn't in Norway), and that was a pleasant surprise, even if I didn't have time to try it. However, the best part of my stay was when I checked out very early to catch my train to the airport and the person in reception offered me a packed breakfast to go since I didn't have time to eat. I passed as I had too much luggage to manage one more thing, but I really appreciated the gesture and it was such a nice start to a long day of intercontinental travel.

The stay experience was very poor, the hotel's hardware facilities were good, the room was large and comfortable, but it was arranged in the room on the 2nd floor, and there were several stairs. The room did not have any view at all. When the curtains were opened, the platform was a platform. The breakfast was exaggerated and tasted good. However, professional training of front desk staff is seriously insufficient. At 7 am, I was sleeping in the room and a staff member swiped the card to open the door and entered the room. It was the first night I stayed and I didn't ask for any cleaning service. The sudden break-in made me startled and very upset. The explanation was then reported to the front desk: the staff confused my room 215 with another room 251 that needed repair. This kind of wrong room number and random opening of the room door is a serious violation of the privacy and security of the guests, which is completely unacceptable. At present, I have sent an official complaint email to the hotel email, which clearly requires strengthening staff training, but I have not received any official reply or apology from the hotel party, but only said that I am investigating, and it is recommended that passengers who pay attention to privacy and security should consider carefully. I have lived in many other hotels, and this kind of mistake has never happened. If a girl lives alone, it is more terrible. I can't imagine it.

The famous hotel is self-checkin online, you will get a password, and you will check in by yourself. The location is more convenient, take the tram for about 10 minutes to the Opera House and Monk Art Museum. The kitchen utensils are relatively complete, there is no problem with cooking, and the overall experience is good!

Hôtel est très bien placé entouré de forêt  Petit dernier au top Par contre de la vaisselle de room service est restée entreposée toute la journée à notre étage dégageant une forte odeur. C’est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles. Sinon séjour très apaisant.

Although the hotel has a factory-like feel due to its numerous rooms, it truly offers excellent services and facilities for its guests. The building seemed a bit old, but the facilities and rooms were clean! Having a communal kitchen on the first floor made it convenient to eat outside food. They also have luggage storage, and it was easy to leave our bags at the office when going on the Nussel tour. The friendliness of the office staff varied from person to person. The elevator was a bit small. Oh, and even though it was summer, the indoor temperature was a bit chilly, so I slept with my jacket on. Nevertheless, I was satisfied.

Complicated Stay While location is good, near steen and stroms.  too many doors to open using the app. different codes for building entry and rooms. too much reliance on app to open doors (which often need more tries before it can work)  instead of having digital buttons to enter premises.  low ceilings for hallways so it seems like a container house. good supply room for bath towels.  laundry area can be improved. only two washing machines (small one) and one dryer.  old style elevator, small - have to use stairs in between. so if you have lots of luggages...this place is not recommended.

There's an Asian supermarket downstairs, and I usually go out at night, but there were some suspicious characters hanging around downstairs, which made me a bit nervous. The room floor had grease stains and wasn't very clean. Plus, they don't even provide shower gel; you have to buy it yourself. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that doesn't provide shower gel. #Pros

Very convenient hotel right in the center of Oslo! Customer service was good and the hotel was clean and up to standard, as expected across the Scandic chains in the nordics
