Just a few minutes' walk from Oslo Central Station. The room was a decent size. There's no kettle, and housekeeping is only every four days, but most people visiting Oslo are just passing through and usually only stay a couple of days, so four-day cleaning is acceptable. Breakfast was better than I expected, with meat, eggs, dairy, vegetables, and fruit. The staff were also very diligent about refilling dishes and clearing tables.

KammyTamThe room is quite big and enough for 3 people with 2 big and 1 small luggage. The location is perfect, only around 3 mins to the Oslo Central Station. Oslo was the last station in Norway in a nutshell, even though you take the night train from Myrdal to Oslo, you can immediately arrive the hotel. There're many convenience store and restaurant around. Besides, the lemonade welcome drink at lobby was so good ans fresh.
The only one thing is no shower partition at toilet. But I think the toilet is big enough, so it was still okay.
Overall, it's a really nice hotel and worth to stay.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the central station and close to the pedestrian street and the church. The room is quite spacious, and overall, it offers good value for money. The only downside is there's a construction site nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Smart Hotel Oslo. The room had everything we needed, and we especially loved that the hotel provides Rituals toiletries – they are our favorite.
The reception staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. We also really appreciated being able to check in a few hours before the official check-in time, as well as having access to the luggage storage room on our last day. Both made our trip much more comfortable.
The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. There is also a great Chinese restaurant nearby serving delicious food, which was a nice bonus.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oslo.

Guest UserThe hotel rooms are small, but the self-service check-in and check-out, as well as luggage storage, are incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's a simple dining area with boiling water facilities and a spacious common area with plenty of seating. It's also very close to the train station. Highly recommended.

Took me a while to get used to having no reception or staff around, but the hotel was amazing. Brilliant location close to the main train station with easy links to the airport and tram stop very close. Most main attractions are walkable in about 20 minutes. Loads of options for food, shopping, cafes and bars around.
I loved the options of borrowing tote bags and cameras to go around the city, and the reusable water bottles were really handy (plus the tap water is the best water I’ve ever tasted!)
Staff were easy to get in contact with and very friendly.
The bed was really comfy and I slept very well every night. I do wish the room was a little darker at night as the curtains let quite a bit of light in, but on the whole it was a brilliant stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Guest UserI was disappointed with K7 for several reasons. Mostly due to lack of sleep. K7 seems to be on a direct path for people walking home from pubs in the middle of the night, and the noise from the street comes right into the rooms. The is not K7’s fault, but it’s important to know if you want a good night of sleep, you might not get it here. In the rooms on the 2nd floor, you can’t open the windows (apparently for safety?) The dorm beds are the awful cheap ones where you can feel every movement of the person sleeping above or below you. Breakfast is very expensive for what you get.
On a positive note, it’s very clean, and the staff are friendly.

There's an Asian supermarket downstairs, and I usually go out at night, but there were some suspicious characters hanging around downstairs, which made me a bit nervous. The room floor had grease stains and wasn't very clean. Plus, they don't even provide shower gel; you have to buy it yourself. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that doesn't provide shower gel. #Pros

We chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking
The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first
Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top.
No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.

The reception staff were always helpful. I'd especially like to mention Alexander. He's very responsive and reliable! He even helped us find locations for places in Oslo we were visiting for the first time. The breakfast was wonderful; they gave us a to-go breakfast early in the morning.
We are very grateful to the hotel and the people who work there. Thank you! Lidia and Maria.
