Cesme Hotels with Balcony

Good boutique hotel. We lived here in a low season. Wonderful breakfasts, very delicious. Good, stylish rooms. We lived on the top floor with a view to the pool. The rooms are clean. The hotel is well located near the center of Alachata, but at the same time is not noisy as the center. But unfortunately there were also consequences. Very good hearing in the rooms. I hear people walking down the stairs, closing the hotel entrance door. I hear even as in the next room go to the bathroom. It's unpleasant. The area of the hotel is small. The hosts often invite their friends/acquaintances, so it is noisy. Cleaned in 3 days only once.

Positive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.

There is a small garden and swimming pool, the environment is very good, there is a Michelin seafood restaurant, the big lobster is very good, the price is not cheap, the olives for breakfast are grown in their own garden.

Ertu and his parents are running a lovely little hotel business! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hosts were very hospitable. Very helpful, and friendly. The hotel is positioned in great location. The room we stayed in was very clean with good working air conditioning. Simple design with the spacious bathroom on the first floor and bed and balcony on the second floor. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with fresh and home made items! Pretty undercover area to have breakfast. Unfortunately poor/limited wifi connection on the second floor of the room. I would be wary of the room you book if you were tall, as the room we stayed in (economy double room) had very low ceilings. It didn't bother me but the other guest kept hitting their head.

Отличный отель! Приятный и отзывчивый персонал! Мы приехали в октябре 2025г на несколько дней. Встретили очень радушно, все объяснили и подсказали. Помогли даже с сумками, с обменом валюты. Сам отель очень атмосферный фотки будут приложены. Было уютно и красиво. Так же предложили нам завтраки за очень приемлемую сумму 350лир на одного и это было очень сытно и вкусно( еще предлагают что нибудь из яиц ) . Расположение тоже считаю удачное, только если хотите ближе к воде, то далековато. Очень благодарны за приятный отдых и гостеприимство! ❤️

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, I requested room cleaning three times and it wasn’t carried out. Towels were replaced but used ones weren’t removed and essentials like toilet paper weren’t consistently restocked. As I was going to the beach daily, sand built up in the room, which made the lack of cleaning more noticeable. There also seemed to be some communication difficulties regarding housekeeping requests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but more consistent room service would have improved the experience.

The aircon is not working. I asked them couples time to come and fix it but it didn't work. They said leave it for 5 mins then it will work but it is not on. Not sure what was going on. I also asked if someone going to come to fix it later. They told me they could not find engineer at this time. So the answer is I don't know. Luckily it wasn't a summer so I get by in the night. In the day you need to open your window to get some air. The room was ok a bit smaller than I thought. I almost could not open my luggage on the floor.

I stayed in this hotel for one night for catching the early ferry on the next day. A cozy hotel. I booked standard room. It was in decent size with small balcony. The room was clean and bright, well air conditioned. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Knowing that we had to leave early and not be able to take the breakfast at normal times, they purposely prepared breakfast for us earlier. Special thanks to Mr Selim and Mr Mehmet for their kind help. Very much appreciated. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

It was as we read in the comments. The price was an hotel with performance. The rooms, bathrooms, towels were old but clean. Breakfast and dinner meet our expectations, the options were enough. In the city, the stream market, the castle and the marina are very close to the hill by car. If you don't go with a very big expectation, I want to go through the stream and the chain, but if you say I don't want to spend a lot of money on shop hotels, it'll be suitable for you.

We had a wonderful stay at Genesis Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The entire hotel was spotless, and all facilities were in excellent condition. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, and the gym was surprisingly well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with our workouts. Overall, Genesis is a small, cozy, and very well-managed hotel. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it with complete confidence. 100% recommended.
