Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!!
Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta
LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

1170197****This is equivalent to a business hotel in China. It's important to note that this hotel only offers valet parking. Although there's only a 10-meter distance from the lobby to the parking spaces, you can't park yourself. They'll send you a link to pay online, and you're expected to tip when you pick up your car. Parking is very cumbersome and time-consuming.
MMelMidtown is a great location... The hotel service was horrific and they did not carry basic amenities such as a.pool and a simple microwave... The staff replies to calls but do not follow through with the requests. We waited for towels for 2 days, sheets for 24 hours. The barman was great and the food fairly decent. Staff also tempers with the doors while the room is occupied. That was uncomfortable.
