Miami Hotels with Balcony

Right in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

The hotel is luxuriously decorated and elegant. It is very convenient to go to the mall near Brickell Center,, with many food choices, close distance, good view and advanced facilities.

Great location if you are interested in the Wynwood Walls. Room was spacious, clean and well designed. Rooftop pool can be accessed until sunset....Great gym and has yoga classes (unfortunately did not get a chance to take advantage of it). Includes $15 credit to food and drinks per night (some exclusions). Pool table also available to guests in the lobby. Water and nespresso are also included.

This is an absolutely beautiful suites hotel. Every where is spotlessly clean. They were so accommodating. We arrived 6 hours early and we were still allowed to check in to our room. Suites have every thing you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. The price is a little expensive, but maybe it's because of the school spring break in the United States. The overall stay experience is very good 😌

The hotel is very new! The location is in the city center, and it is very convenient to take the nearby metrolover (free)! (Just stand up from the colleague station and walk a few minutes to the hotel. We chose a two-bedroom suite with sea view this time. The view of one bedroom is very good! Facing the bay view! The other bedroom also has a very good sea view. The suite is nearly 100 square meters, which is great for a family to come out and play! I will consider it next time I come. Thank you!

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

The room is large, simple and comfortable. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic ❤️Elizabeth is super nice and professional. The top floor platform has a beautiful view and elegant environment!

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

The room is very large with a beautiful view. The pool is good. But a big chain, without soul. And the location without much interest
