Very Good
GGuest UserI love it here, the front desk lady was so nice. Feel like being home. The theme of the hotel is also fantastic! I think it relate to some black people culture :)
Very warm hotel, the area is a bit unsafe. It is scary at night. The theme is black culture. Very special hotel!
AAilsabinbinThe hotel is in the city center and has convenient transportation. There is a kitchen where you can cook something and a bathtub. It is big enough. However, the surrounding road construction is a little inconvenient. I drove my own car and parking is free.

Good
GGuest UserFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.
GGuest UserThe only thing going for this hotel is the free shuttle bus to and from the airport
Shuttle bus drivers were extremely helpful and friendly. Other staff not so.
The entire hotel is in need of an upgrade and a good clean
Eericchen888This hotel has a good price. It is a B&B, not a hotel, but it is very well-equipped. It has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, a microwave and free coffee. You can cook your own meals. It has a big yard, which is very comfortable and you can park your car! The boss' service is very good!
AAmzymaI didn't get no notification of how to enter. No code sent via text.
The room advertised as 40 dollars but then they charge me extra 20 dollars and said its to clean the room.
When I complained the staff text me saying if I'm not happy to pay extra 20 dollars I can leave. This was at 11pm and I was a woman alone.
HHuhuzaizaiAfter checking in, I put my luggage in the room and left quickly to take care of some work. When I came back, I found an elderly woman and a Black woman behind her entering a code and unlocking my room door.
I immediately went up to question them, but I got no response. They even blocked me outside the door. By the time I managed to get into the room, both of them had already left.
I then messaged the owner, but received no reply at all.
This situation made me feel extremely unsafe, and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. My laptop, tablet, phone, and bank cards were all inside the room. I do not understand how they knew the code or why they were able to open my door.
This experience has seriously raised concerns about the hotel’s security and management.
