GGuest UserThe hotel room was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses were soft and hard enough for me to sleep well. The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. AAndreNice welcome at the valet parking and reception.
We had to prepare sofa bed ourselves, although stated during booking that we will use it.
Showering without flooding the bathroom was not possible. The dinner in hotel’s restaurant was good.
The balcony was quite spacious but is flooded if it rains. Fitness room and outdoor pool too small.
You hear the metro rail quite well and the construction noise and the fire department unit alarms.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is very convenient. The room is wide and the toilet is a bathtub. The elderly should pay attention to the safety of the bathtub. There is a swimming pool and a fitness room, as well as a small camp takeaway.

GGuest UserHotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel.

GGuest UserVery nice place very friendly and kind, came down for surgery had to call the desk numerous mornings asking to please stop the bagging from the gym I had had surgery and was resting. Please keep in mind room 811 is very noise from the gym. Took very good care of us cleaned my room when asked to, always was promo with towels when needed, the washer and dryer was a huge help for being there 11 days, a lot of choices for the breakfast bar. Very nice stay besides the thump thump, in the mornings. Thank you for sharing your time with us , I think the parking is a little over priced as well,

The sister at the front desk of the hotel is very polite, the check-in and check-out are very efficient, and the key parking fee is cheap. The original Hampton Inn Suit parking fee was $ 30 per night. The tax is only $ 20 and it is self-parking. The facilities and facilities of the suite are ok. The toilet and bathroom are separate. Large-size TVs have free Internet TVs such as Hulu, and Netflix's trendy movies can still be watched. There is an anti-human design. A light in the partition between the living room and the bedroom will always be on. I haven't found the switch when I searched the room. It is very bad to sleep at night. 文文A good hotel with good environment, hygiene and service. When booking the hotel, we indicated that we can check in after 3 pm. We arrived early at 11 am. If the store was not going to allow early check-in, we would store the luggage and go out to play. They just moved in without a word. In particular, I want to say that the hotel's mattresses are moderately soft and comfortable. If there are any disadvantages, it is far from the city and the beach.

I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

TTheWorldwideScoopThis hotel was basic, but it was in the best location ever located for the cruise and for the basketball. It was only a few streets away from where you could get coffee and breakfast.So it was a good hotel. Incredibly expensive but that's miami.
