The faucet in the sink has only one valve. There was no hot water for 2 days. The shower fixture is broken. There was no bath, although it was stated in the room description. When breakfast arrived, we were once again convinced that we had done the right thing and decided to leave this hotel. There was hair in the food, there was bird droppings on the knife, there was dirt inside the metal juice tube, you can immediately see that everything was not washed well. We rented a hotel for 3 nights, but decided to move the evening we arrived. We wanted a refund for 2 nights, but they refused. When I tried to resolve the issue through trip.com support, they couldn’t do anything either. The owner or owner refused to communicate with us; she forbade the service staff to give her phone number to resolve the issue, even when we told us about the discrepancy with the description of the number on the website.
