Nice hotel in the heart of Ubud. Close to Ubud Palace and and the markets. Staff were all friendly and no issues with the room. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the afternoon tea was a nice addition.

Very friendly staff all of them was Breakfast was amazing all kind of food and fresh and delicious Location was very helpful just walk to the market and did most of my thing around the hotel

We were very happy with the recent stay at 2 bedroom villa which left us a great memory and if we had a chance to come back Ubud, this would be our must stay villa. The hotel located at a very strategic location which is adjacent to many eateries and places to visit such as monkey forest, palace and Ubud market. Do engage with the free shuttle bus, it's very convenient to all KajaNe Mua customers. The staff from hotel are friendly and care about our stay here, the hotel breakfast is great as well.

I LOVE Kajane Mua and have stayed there many times. The location is perfect if you want to be in the main buzz of Ubud. The staff are amazing, and the buffet breakfast is fabulous, with fresh cooked options made to order. However we stayed in a pool villa we haven't stayed in before. I have to say - with reluctance - that the villas were tired and very much in need of renovation. The bathroom in the lower villa (two storey villas with private pool) was totally dark with no natural light and is still open to the outside, which is not really ok these days allowing mosquitoes into the bathroom, and therefore into the main villa space if the bathroom door is open. I think this upgrade is overdue having regard for the rates at the time - off season.

Super centralised location, there's many restaurants and shops just at the door step. The service staff is friendly and warm. Room is nice and clean. My only complaint is the breakfast, the options are pretty limited.

A great hotel in the heart of Hubud. Very clean, very friendly staff always ready to help. Great breakfast with a variety of food and different everyday. The restaurant has also great food. Small private pools in the villas and a main pool as well in the main courtyard.

Near to palace and monkey forest. However, requires a lot of walking and stairs climbing to reach the suite. Not recommended for elderly. Can go for deluxe room instead. Breakfast is average.

Thank you to the lovely staff and your accommodating hotel for a wonderful holiday. The hotel is nice and central in Ubud, easy to walk or catch the hotel shuttle, the rooms are a little old but they are extremely clean and presented well. The pool has plenty of shade around it and the pool itself is lovely and deep with seating edges. The buffet breakfast is more than accommodating for dietary needs, just ask and they will happily assist. We will be back again as this hotel has so much to offer.

Fabulous hotel in the centre of Ubud Everything was great- room breakfast afternoon tea (complimentary) Pool was a bit small to do laps but still reasonably size ALL staff were very helpful

Wow! What a gorgeous hotel! Only stayed one night during my visit to Ubud, but I will definitely rebook if I’m lucky enough to travel there again. The junior suite was priced very well and was simply stunning, as per the pics. Customer service was wonderful and included a welcome afternoon tea and free shuttle, which I used for a drop off and pickup from the local temple where I went to watch the Kecak dance. I paid an extra 250k for a floating breakfast, this is served at one of the private pools, the gentleman who served this was adorable and took many photos for me. Excellent location, close to the monkey sanctuary and many many restaurants. Highly recommend!

Service was fantastic. All the staff are friendly and have great service attitude. When we arrived at the hotel at ~2am, there were staff welcoming us and guiding us to the room. The welcome drinks were in the fridge. We especially want to compliment Ms Mang Ayu, one of the receptionists. She always asks us for feedback, so we told her that the water pressure was weak, and she helped send someone to fix it. She also recommended a few Balinese restaurants nearby. The facilities are ok. The hotel room was great. We did not manage to book the spa as it was full for the day. We also didn't try the gym, library and pool. The breakfast buffet menu has less variety than I expected, but the mains seem to change every day. You can also take out the breakfast if you can't have breakfast in the hotel.
