Super helpful with inquiries and super speedy check-in, there’s a lot of amenities if you like relaxing in the hotel but also the perfect location for exploring Ubud by foot

My flight was delayed by 3 hours, so I was really worried because the check-in time was 1 AM. I arrived at the hotel after 3 AM, and I was so thankful and happy that the staff was waiting for me. Great value for money!!!

Very unpleasant experience! My wallet was stolen at the airport, and all my cash, including credit cards, bank cards, and documents were gone. After calling the police, I needed to end my trip in Bali early. My flight tickets were immediately changed, and I notified the hotel about the cancellation arrangements, but the hotel refused. They were willing to help me cancel the room and get a refund, but they also refused to accept any negotiation, even if I had provided proof of police report! Very disappointed! I like Bali! I will definitely not book this hotel again next time! I won’t introduce any more friends!
