DO NOT STAY HERE The host at this villa is an absolute tyrant. !!!! My group of friends saved all year for our dream holiday in Bali, only to be bitterly disappointed in the end because of the villa we chose. The aesthetic of the villa was lovely but this did not makeup for the treatment by the host, (Tamara). For our weeks stay, we were only allowed one towel each which was for to be used for both the shower & pool. We asked multiple times for extra towels but were refused each time. We were only allocated 1 roll of Toilet paper between the 8 of us for each day. Again, we requested more but were told "this is not a hotel, you were only allowed one per 8 people daily". We were obviously forced to purchase more from the shop at our own expense!! We also did not expect to be babysat host during our stay, however, there was ALWAYS someone there against our wishes. At no time were we able to enjoy our privacy, much to our disappointment. (Tamara) was also constantly taking secret photos of us without our consent. We weren't sure why she was doing this, but we can only assume she was attempting to gather 'evidence' for something ???? Additionally, she constantly berated the house staff who both ended up resigning and crying the day we left. The staff were the most beautiful people, so helpful & kind and did not deserve this abuse at all at the hands of Tamara. We all feel cheated of an amazing holiday purely because our host was unbearable!!!! My friends and I have previously stayed in other villas in Bali but NEVER experienced this terrible service. I would ideally like to have a conversation with the owner to discuss this matter. Yours sincerely Patricia Kabris
