Kejora Beachfront Villas

We booked Villa 7 for a family holiday, 4 adults and 2 children 7 and 2. The 2 large bedrooms with big comfortable beds and they’re own ensuite’s were great for the 4 adults. The booking staff were great, organising temporary pool fencing, a must with a curious 2 year old, a portable cot and a high chair. The smaller bedroom had a double bed and it’s own ensuite, perfect for the 7 year old. The pool was clean and plenty big enough for us all. There was a full kitchen, dining and lounge area with comfortable seating and a big screen tv. A full size fridge was a bonus. The whole place was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Sanur and Kejora Villas. The staff were fabulous and though we had a few small issues with toilets, sinks etc they were quickly fixed (with a smile). I give an average review because of one of the bedrooms. Two of us slept together for 5 nights as one of our friends could not stay in her bedroom. It was noisy from talking and scooters down the drive (and the construction but we were aware and accepted that). There was no natural light except for the door and a tiny bathroom . The whole room was the size of some of the other bathrooms. It was constantly full of mosquitoes and smelt very damp. It is basically like an add on closet not a bedroom. By Australian standards it was very average to say the least. Everything else was perfect.

This was our sixth visit to kejora,and possibly our last, Previous visits have been arranged through Vanessa at cool Bali villas,and staying in villa 16 ,has always been a pleasure with the villa spotless and presents like what you would expect from a five star villa. This trip,villa was booked through Elizabeth at star villas and saying we are disappointed would be a bit of an understatement The general presentation leaves a lot to be answered for. Internal walls dirty,and paint bubbling and peeling of in most rooms Aircon in family room not working,was mentioned to manager and no action was taken All pool furniture is disgusting,not what you would expect when paying a premium price.shower rose broken on outside shower,all bath towels frayed,holes in curtains Wifi hit and miss.STAFF are wonderful.all in all not what we expected for the price we paid No discount given in consideration for construction noise going on next door Often 24/7.cool Bali villas will give discount. I know it’s not kejora’s fault but with the shopping complex being built next door and villas surrounded by four stories of concrete and brick the villas have lost their Appel for a luxury holiday All in all villa 18 would have been very nice some years ago but for the price charged I believe the maintenance of the villa to be sub standard,as any maintenance seems to be lacking

Well a last minute decision to extend our stay in sanur , called into the Kejora villas office and boom villa 8 booked to stay these villas are outstanding is an understatement from the minute we walked in it was wow wow wow ! Just amazing and the staff are so welcoming and lovely ,

Beautiful place!! Rooms are so luxorious and big. Nice and big bathroom. You'll get a beachbag, towels, sandals to borrow when you walk down to the beach. Robes are included in the room as well. Comfortable balcony. Comfortable bed. Have nothing bad to say about this resort. Just lovely. We definitely come back here again. And the pool area is sooo nice.

We have always stayed at Kejora Villas but the construction noise that is 24hours is dreadful !! Bright lights on outdoor area all night from 2 big cranes so sitting outside wasn’t pleasant . There is a new large high rise hotel including shops and theatre complex being built right next door that will impact these villas greatly . We were not notified before our stay and not offered any compensation even as small as breakfast vouchers .

We stayed at Villa 5 for the first 5 nights of our trip. The villa is exceptionally clean and close to the beach and many restaurants. Villa was spacious and clean. The breakfast at Glasshouse was great and the staff very helpful. Cheap warungs close by to eat and very close to the night markets
