I like this hotel very much, with high cost performance, fashionable style, complete facilities, warm and polite service, neat and clean! Built by the sea, it is very convenient to watch the sunset on the low-tide beach and go out to chase dolphins. The front desk also provides reservation services and the prices are transparent. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bed is very comfortable, the air conditioner is strong enough; the water pressure in the bath is strong enough, and the water temperature is hot enough; the balcony of the room has a beautiful view and a wide field of vision. Breakfast is an a la carte set meal with rich varieties. Coffee, tea and fresh milk are self-service. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to nearby supermarkets in the city center for shopping and currency exchange, which is really helpful. The disadvantage is that the door closing sound of the room is loud and will affect each other. I will choose to stay here next time! 🥰

The hotel arranged a pick-up and sent us back to Ubud. The dolphin chasing project was good, especially at sunset. The pool was particularly beautiful!

If it’s the same, why don’t you upload the real picture on Ctrip! As a result, I strongly requested to change rooms! The man was very impatient and asked his colleague to take me to see the room in Figure 1, which was actually next to us, that one! So friends who come to stay in the hotel must ask hello, whether there is a room you want to book, don’t be deceived! Then the short front desk man was very impatient, and I don’t know what he said in the local language! Anyway, the attitude is very bad! ! Bad review! ! If your room is very different from the picture, please indicate it! If I booked a super deluxe double room with sea view, please give me the room type in the picture! I can accept that your room is different from the picture, but I can't accept that the difference is very big. It's just a wall of glass. It's the same as the deluxe double room with sea view! And the man at the front desk of the hotel, who is he showing his sour face to! ! He was still procrastinating when checking out, very slow! If you don't want to work here, tell your boss!
