The place is clean, nice, very complete. There is a refrigerator, toaster, water heater, plates, glasses, etc... The price is very cheap but the quality is good and complete

Although it's on the main road, this place was hard to find. The staff were amicable and helpful on arrival, however, informed us no internet was available in the rooms as advertised and it was essential for me to continue my work while on this small breakaway from my usual day in Kuta Bali, also there was only local TV??? strange for a 4-star hotel.
The staff were nice about it and upgrade me to a bigger and better room, which did have a better tv service ..internet was only available from foyer, just not good enough.

The retreat is far away from Airport, at least 3-4 hours of travel from Airport, also far away from most attractions in Bali , travel time to any location and back itself was 5-6 hours. Room cleanliness was really poor, specially bathrooms Staff was really friendly and food in the restaurant was very good. We moved to a different resort after 3 days to avoid 5-6 hours of travel to visit any place in Bali.

Es ist schade, dass eine so schöne Anlage so wenig Gäste hat. Für den Preis bekommt man mehr als man erwartet. Sicherlich sind Teile der Anlage durch Unwetterfolgen noch beschädigt, doch allgemein ist sie sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist was für Urlauber, die abseits vom Trubel in Kuta, Ubud oder Nusa Dua sein wollen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, jedoch kann hier auch ein Fahrer angagiert werden. Es gibt hier gutes Essen und am Strand tolle Restaurants mit sehr gutem frischen Fisch. Für Besuche der Attraktionen sollte man viel Zeit einplanen, die Tour zum Flughafen Denpasar dauert gut 3,5 Stunden für nur 70 km, ähnlich lange nach Ubud. An die Ost- oder Nordküste dauert es 4,5 - 5 Stunden. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Sehr freundliches Personal, toller Service, gepflegte Anlage und viele Angebote... Danke an das gesamte Team
