Overall, not bad. But! We booked a large deluxe room, but they put us in the smallest one, as if it was supposed to be like that. At first I resigned myself to it, but then I wrote to Trip and thank God they resolved this issue, a couple of hours later they moved us without any discussions. It's just funny, if I hadn't insisted, it would have turned out that we overpaid at least 3 thousand per day. In short, look where they put you and compare it with what you booked. In the first room, while we were there, water was flowing from the ceiling onto the bed during the rain. In the second, which we had already moved into, water was flowing through the ventilation in the ceiling in the bathroom during the rain and it was constantly wet there. Also, be prepared for the fact that there are always living creatures in the room. The towels are gray, as if dirty. And there is no mat at the entrance, I had to put a towel from the bathroom there, since I come from the beach and have nothing to wipe my feet on. There is no shower to wash the sand off your feet at the hotel, and after the pool you can only rinse off in your room. Oh, and in the photos, like the hotel ones, there is a slide into the pool, like your own water park from one pipe. The hotel does not have this, not even close. There are three pools on the territory, small, each in its own nook in front of the rooms, not a very impressive view, no desire to dive in. Breakfast is rated 2. But you can live, considering the price and quality of the rooms offered on the island. Moreover, the location is not bad. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner cheaper than in the area for sure and a pretty good menu

Probably the best hotel we've been to in Bali. The grounds are very beautiful. While it's noisy and crowded outside, you move into your own oasis. 3 swimming pools on the grounds. I'll definitely recommend it to all my friends.

Great location to discover Canggu, the hotel is located 3 minutes from the beach, one of the best spots in the city. Great neighborhood, everything is a few minutes' walk away: pharmacy, supermarket, exchange office, Canggu and Brisa markets. Hearty breakfast that they change every day. We were very well received. The hotel also offers a very convenient transportation service to the airport! We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything!
