My favorite hotel in Kuta! The airport is within walking distance, polite staff, delicious breakfasts, clean and aesthetically pleasing rooms, a cool recreation area with a pool on the roof!

The location was good because it was close to the airport, a big mall and the beach. If I had to say one thing, it was disappointing when they didn't respond properly to an unexpected problem. Also, there was a water leak from the bathroom in the room, so I'll just leave it at that.
