優點：房間很大 沙發超級大 最便宜的房間也是正對海景 服務很好 從安保到每個服務人員都會很熱情打招呼 早餐也不錯 選擇較豐富 吃早餐可以坐在餐廳外面看海景
缺點：酒店設施較老 電視無法airplay 酒店只有一個很小的泳池區域 酒店要從主路的一條小路進來 步行去主路有一定距離 酒店班車不能送客人到主路
酒店班車🉑️接送的padang padang海灘個人覺得不是很值得去 海灘特別小 上面很多小垃圾

Excellent service.
Daily warm smiling greetings from all the staff everytime we cross path.
Some of the receptionist greets you by your first name which makes it even more personal.
It was my birthday. A mini cake was send to my room. I was given a few perks such as 50% discount for the spa.
There were many activities available in the hotel. Such as morning yoga, pottery which was fun, wine tasting (trying local Bali wine!) and many other activities.
You can get your photos taken by a professional photographer within the hotel too.
Breakfast is delicious with a wide spread of local and international options. Fresh fruits, juices and jamu available including various hot food stations.
Great attention to details with the room services. Twice a day room service.
- morning tidy up: daily fruits, refreshing potpourri in the bathroom, lil noted about Bali which can be used as book marks.
-evening winding down: preparing the bed (removing the decorative cushions and decorative panel, folding the duvet edge for easy access to get into bed) camomile tea or hot chocolate sachet by the bedside table. They even spread out the shower floor mate for evening showers. It is otherwise folded in a fancy way.
Small touches and details that make the difference!

There are a few down side
- it’s quite deep in from the main road so it’s a bit of a walk to get out. Bonus: the hotel provides shuttle to certain location.
- many steps around the hotel (uluwatu is full of cliffs) Good exercise as the hotel feeds you well but it might not be suitable for the elders or people with mobility issues.
And the access to the beach below is not available because of renovation works.
It’s all good and I don’t really mind the “ downside” of the hotel as the rest of it does makes up.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Right on the Uluwatu cliff. The room was extremely spacious and the outdoor Jacuzzi is a very nice touch. The team are super friendly. Of course the hotel is not new so please do not expect brand new facilities, but do expect lots of charm.

The service was perfect. Everyone greeted us with a smile and was very kind.
The room was clean and well-cleaned.
There was a pool and jacuzzi in the room which was great to use whenever we wanted. The shared pool was also clean and well-maintained.
However, the construction noise was loud and our room was at the very end so the view was a bit disappointing.
But the food was delicious and we were very satisfied.

The location with perfect sunsets, the room is very spacious. The main feature is the bathtub on the terrace.
The hotel has a shuttle to Padang-Padang beach, but you can also go down from the hotel and get to another beach.
The only thing I would like to improve is the food in the restaurant. The food is ordinary, but you expect something special from this class of hotel. But the breakfasts are good. It is surprising why there is no such quality for dinner.
