My partner and I had an absolutely incredible stay at Astera Resort Canggu! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after by the attentive and friendly staff. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful, modern decor and thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay feel luxurious and relaxing.
The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with all the amenities we could need. We loved the private pool—it was the perfect place to unwind and escape. The lush, serene atmosphere around the resort really made us feel like we were in our own little paradise.
Location-wise, Astera Resort is ideal, close to everything you’d want to see and do in Canggu while still maintaining a peaceful ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience, offering recommendations, arranging transportation, and always greeting us with a smile.

The location is excellent, there are many interesting places to eat, shops nearby, and there are a lot of different services for a romantic pastime.

A super pleasant surprise. I read a lot of reviews before coming here and was a little worried about hygiene issues. The actual check-in experience was perfect, the service was good, the room layout was great, the TV had a Netflix account so I could watch movies directly without logging in, and the Italian restaurant next door tasted great!

This was a very aesthetically interesting pleasing hotel with really nice staff who are kind and helpful. However some things as advertised online were not right. (1) big pool as advertised (2) no free shuttle as our room rate suggested we still had to pay for that.
The staff are nice I think the hotel just needs a little updating. However the Spotify is really lovely and the TV and location is very far from the airport but still nice & close to the Canggu central areas.
