Stay with my family in this Hotel. Room was comfortable with Balinese style building. Breakfast menu need more options. Kids pool was great and clean, my daughter very happy spend time there. Upon chek in we escorted by YOGA, front office training, he has a good communication skill to the guest and can explain well the area on the short time walk to our room. In the future YOGA i think can be a good asset for any Company

The service attitude is very good and the front desk is helpful. The room is very spacious and has a balcony where you can dry clothes and sit and rest. The biggest advantage is that it is super close to the ferry port, less than 3 minutes' walk, and the alley is where the boatmen gather to check in. You can store your luggage here before going to Penida, so you don't have to drag it to the boat. The hotel is very new and Grab couldn't locate it, so when I ordered delivery, it was delivered to the wrong place. In addition, the hygiene of the room needs to be improved, and the kitchen utensils are not cleaned and have stains. However, the room price is very cheap, so we don't ask for much. In the evening, you can hear music playing in restaurants outside until midnight. Fortunately, you can bring earplugs to drown out the sound.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sri Phala Resort & Villa. The staff were very friendly going well out of their way to entertain our 2 young children. They also made sure we were happy. The hotel was lovely and quiet, with our garden villa very spacious. Whilst the location is slightly outside of Sanur, this was not an issue given availability of hotel shuttles and taxis.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

We stayed 1 night (19-20 October 2019), with an order on behalf of the wife. The location of the hotel is in the city center with large highways, so traffic jams are rare. Opposite the hotel is a 24-hour mini market, so it's easy to buy something. But you have to be more aware when crossing, because the road is always congested & vehicles are passing very fast. Parking & drop offs Guests are quite spacious, making it easier for those who bring vehicles. The hotel lobby is closed without any signposts or staff standing guard at the front door, making it confused for the first time staying here. We arrived at the hotel around 14:30 pm, then we checked in very easily & quickly. Not forgetting we were also given a welcome drink, which was refreshing on a hot afternoon. But it's a pity, the bellboy didn't help us carry things to the room. The bellboy staff just kept quiet, without any initiative to help. Even though we brought 2 bags, along with 2 toddlers who would be very helpful if the bellboy had the initiative. We got a room on the 2nd floor (225), with a view of the city. Large bed, according to what we ordered. The room contains a table, chairs, telephone, ample storage, plenty of clothes hangers (no closet), a water heater, 2 drinking cups, 2 bottles of mineral water & some sachets of tea and coffee. The air conditioner works well, because it feels cold quickly. Cable tv with various channels, but unfortunately a little bit shaded. Complete toiletries, shampoo, bar soap / liquid, toothpaste & toothbrush, tissue and body lotion. There is no hair dryer provided, may have to ask first. The bathroom uses a shower, but unfortunately a large shower for adults cannot be used. Water pressure is also very less, and does not release enough heat. The swimming pool is divided into 2 levels (adult & childs), with a sufficient size of both. But the path to the children's pool is not maintained, in the form of sand with grass and the surrounding area is poorly maintained. So after the kids ”swim, their feet will get dirty with the ground to go to the rinse. At night we try to order food at the hotel (room service), at a very affordable price. We order sandwiches, fried rice, fried noodles, chicken soto & french fries (all of which have a pretty good taste). Tomorrow morning we have breakfast, with a varied menu with good taste too (cereals, bread, rice and various ”side dishes). Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel. But it would be nice if the shortcomings we get, can be fixed in the future. Thanks & Regards Ryan Valiant

If you’re looking for a hotel that’s in the heart of a city centre, this one’s for you! There isn’t much you can see in close proximity, however beaches and other touristy areas are a short drive away. The shower in the room was unusual and I didn’t enjoy it much. It would be better to take out the big sofa in the room which is unnecessary, and rather place a table for a bit more space. The hotel staff are very hospitable and made sure to call me by name which was a personal touch. Might skip this one just based on location, however it’s good for one night if you’re headed somewhere further.

Exceptional! Totally agree with the other positive reviews. The only thing to add is that as of August 2024 they are still finishing the Meru, so not everything is completed, but everything that matters is open (gym, pool, restaurant opposite the beach) so there’s no problem. Also no noise or disruption experienced. The Bali Beach hotel (big white building) is next door and that is undergoing a major renovation but again it didn’t affect us as they have done everything possible to hide the renovation process. The Meru is an extension of that hotel, but it is brand new. I found that a little confusing when I was deciding where to book because people have posted pictures for both hotels that confuse them. The Meru is a big wood and stone complex and the beach pool is directly in front.

I uploaded all the photos I took~ I hope it can help everyone The hotel is very close to Sanur Harbour. I booked it in order to avoid traffic jams and rush to the pier the next morning. You can walk along the coast for about 20 minutes to the pier, or you can call a taxi from the hotel, which costs about 85 RMB. If you are afraid of the heat, you can call a taxi. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage~ The overall service is very good, the restaurant view is great, but the sea breeze is really a bit strong😂😂😂It is really a bit blowing to eat in the wind~ You need to put on more clothes🥲

First class experience Great value for money when the first day comes Found that there was already a travel plug in the room None of the hotels I stayed in before provided it. The only drawback is that the Internet speed in the room is slow Children love water slides And free face printing provided by the children's amusement park A child fell and bled while dining in a restaurant The staff immediately provided ice cubes and disinfectant solution I feel like I really care about my customers Every day when I go back to the room, I find that the housekeeper has folded different little animals out of towels and put them on the bed. It feels like they have some surprises for you All in all, a very happy stay I will come again

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!
