Excellent villa with a beautiful view of the pool and a quiet environment. Good maintenance and very friendly staff. The cabins are responsive but that is expected with this style of construction and not disturbing for us. The city's quiet environment without sounds with sporadically some sounds of nature. One little point is that the shower has little hot water and is quickly cold again. However, this is 5 stars because the staff is very friendly and flexible! (Last minute change of breakfast and deliver scooter earlier and thus pay less than before agreed)

If you don't have any requirements for food and drink, you can come here if you just want to rest and practice.
Take a taxi or rent a motorbike wherever you go.
But grab is a little hard to use here, maybe it’s because it’s too far away
The hotel can help you book a car, but the cost is very expensive.
The shuttle bus to the airport is not free and costs a lot more.
I can't get a car appointment, so I can only accept it.
Hygiene is just that, the toilet seat has a lot of stains,
I rinsed it myself.
Eating and drinking in the hotel, the food is quite satisfactory,
The environment is good, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant and green, but there will be small animals
There is a long steep slope from the hotel to the main road, don't wear slippers.
In general, it is too far from the bustling area and is not recommended.

This hotel is more suitable for travelers who want to spend more time enjoying the jungle scenery in the hotel and Ubud area. I have to say that the hotel's services and facilities are surprising. The early morning yoga classes, breakfast, and bar and swimming pool are highly recommended. It happened to be New Year's Eve, and the hotel arranged a New Year's Eve dinner and cocktail reception, which was very attentive. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in the mountains of Ubud, and the transportation is not very convenient. In fact, it is only separated from the Tegalalang Rice Terraces by a hillside. However, the road network in the entire Bali area is relatively small, so it requires a large circle. It takes about 30-40 minutes to drive to Ubud city (palace and market). It is recommended to charter a car or take the hotel shuttle.

The hotel is new and comfortable. All the staff are hospitable and proactive in providing assistance.
The complimentary breakfast tastes great and has many options. If you leave early in the morning, you can ask the staff to help prepare a sandwich breakfast box, which is very considerate and convenient. There is also a dance performance you can watch during dinner time on Friday or Sunday.
It’s also great to take photos in the hotel’s swimming pool and massage pool, which are open until 10:30 in the evening.

Having waited long to stay in this place, here is an honest review with positive and negative feedback from our 3 nights stay. It’s a newly opened accommodation that I wouldn’t describe as a hotel. It’s a complex of villas that some are still under construction, however we weren’t bothered by any noise. There were downsides that are weird for an accommodation that describe it self as as “luxury retreat”. Cons: • No safety locker in the villa, which you would expect in any hotel. This was inconvenient. • Pool area lacks seating, contrary to the photos. We couldn’t fully enjoy the place. • The pool was very cold. It would have been better if they had a water heater. Additionally, the pool isn’t fully private, as guests from adjacent villas can see you from their first-floor rooms. • Every morning, farmers in neighboring plots would burn plants, creating an unbearable smoke smell that could seep into the villa if you left the doors open. This made mornings unpleasant. • No ironing board was available, so we had to use the bed, which was inconvenient. • The shower room lacks a shelf for shampoo and soap, which are placed above the toilet. Also, the shower room wasn’t fully covered, causing water to spill out. • The bathroom was small despite the spaciousness of the villa. • We were awakened in the early morning by loud noises/music from other villas. • Upon arrival, they send you the breakfast menu for each morning, but it lacks instructions on what you can order. Breakfast options need improvement, especially non-egg choices. • The hotel restaurant isn’t ready yet, leaving no place to eat given the hotel’s secluded location. Make sure to have snacks. Pros: • The staff is amazing, very friendly, and super helpful. They consistently had smiles and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. • They pleasantly surprised us with a cake as we were celebrating our anniversary. • The views from the villas are stunning, overlooking the rice paddies. • The location is secluded, allowing you to truly relax away from the busy city. • Indoor seating was convenient, equipped with a TV featuring Netflix. • The villa was spacious, clean, and well furnished. • There were no insects inside the villa. • We requested an iron, and it was promptly delivered. • The hotel arranged taxis quickly for us. • We reported a water leakage in the toilet, and it was promptly fixed.

Brilliant few days staying here at this stunning place. The staff were so helpful with tying to sort visas out and always asked if we needed to do anything in the day. It’s lovely and quiet to escape the rush of Bali in certain places. It’s out of the way however a short car / moped trip and you’ll be able to go to restaurants, small local shops and hotels. You can use grab to get food delivery’s not a problem. Also very friendly dog called ‘panda’ which we loved. We’ll be back!❤️

The environment is nice and the swimming pool in the jungle is beautiful.
But the service is good and bad. First of all, we booked it for a friend's birthday. There were three of us. The room type we liked to hold a party was said to only allow two people to stay. We planned to check in with two people, and one of us would go out to play and then look at changing hotels. However, the front desk did not allow our other friend to go in. If we went in, we had to add 20W (about 800-900) to short stay. And the front desk manager, a man named Yoga, told us about this. His attitude made us feel very unfriendly. After we made it clear that he looked fierce, he showed a sign saying that it was okay, I just called this name and you can complain...😑😑😑I don't know why this restriction is unreasonable. It doesn't seem flexible, or simply said that it can be used as an extra bed price. I don't know what the hotel is doing.
There was some sense of ceremony for the birthday. The bed was designed with a birthday design, but the name was written wrong on the birthday card. The restaurant gave a Haidilao-style Indonesian atmosphere group and a free cake, but the taste of the dishes was average. Five or six dishes cost 1,200 RMB. However, our butler was quite nice, and other staff members were always warm and smiling, which made up for some of the points.
There are still many small complaints, I am too lazy to write them, which offset the good hotel scenery. Anyway, we probably won't go there again next time we go on vacation. It was mainly because of the unfriendly feeling at the beginning that made people feel uncomfortable😑😑😑

Except for the location, which is a bit out of the way, everything else is super satisfying! I will choose to stay here next time! The hotel has good privacy and security, and the service staff is very enthusiastic! Every time you call a taxi back to the hotel, the security guard will check to see if you are a hotel guest. There are a total of 17 villas in the hotel. There are few people and it is very quiet. Breakfast is a la carte, and the prices for lunch and dinner are not high. If you don’t want to go out, you can do it at the hotel. Floating breakfast can be arranged in the room, which is full of ritual feeling. An additional fee of 300+ RMB is required.

excellent! The price/performance ratio is very high, the food is good, the laundry is also cheap, and you can spend freely in the store. The bed is quite big, it feels like 2 meters. The room was a good size. The location is thirty or forty minutes away from Ubud, which is a bit far. Overall very good, will come again next time.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThis hotel is on a secluded part of the south coast of Bali, a short distance from Kuta. Our pool suite was vast, with the bathroom being open to the pool. Service is immaculate and the food is of a very high standard. The quality of the drinks, not so much, although when they opened their new Beach Club this should be rectified, according to staff. There are great deals to be had here. They have 24 hour security and airport pick up service. Staying for a few days could get your free breakfasts (that are very good) and other gifts. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserOur inaugural stay in Sanur, Bali, exceeded expectations. Situated by the beach with cafes in close proximity, the hotel's location was superb.
Initially booked for a pool access room, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Ocean View Pool Suite. The room, impeccably clean and beautifully adorned, featured a private pool with captivating views of both the pool area and the beach.
The staff's friendliness and helpfulness, coupled with twice-daily housekeeping checks, ensured our needs were consistently met. Our time here was thoroughly enjoyable, and a return visit is certainly on the horizon
DDanielleIt was amazing! The location is perfect, very close to airport, the service and breakfast is amazing.
Very friendly staff.
The room is a dream, the private pools are calm and cosy.
LleblebLoved our stay at Hava Ubud. The location was perfect , just 10-15mins away from Ubud central.and the amenities were all clean. Staffs were super friendly and constantly make you feel welcome and safe. They were also helpful in attending our request throughout our stay. Its a shame that we couldnt stay longer.
Only downside was the false advertising from TRIP.COM as the website shows a different picture than the actual rooms. For the deluxe room with bathtub, you actually have to top-up extra (~$1.5million rupiah) for it. Trip.com should specify the room amenities properly to prevent any mixups for other future guests.
Thankfully the service was top notched that made it ok to pay extra for the room we wanted.
My recommendation is to not book from trip.com but from a more reliable provider instead.👍
TTdkzawOverall:
Hilton Bali Resort is an excellent choice for both families and couples seeking a luxurious getaway in Bali. With its stunning location, exceptional service, and wide range of amenities, it promises a memorable stay that combines relaxation, adventure, and cultural experiences. Whether you're lounging by the pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or exploring the beautiful island, Hilton Bali Resort delivers an unforgettable experience.
SSaowaluck PrommetDuring my stay at the hotel from July 14th to July 18th, I encountered several issues that I wish to bring to your attention:
Upon my arrival on July 14th, I had booked a room with a King bed, but upon arrival, I discovered that my room had a twin bed configuration instead. After requesting a change and mentioning that I am a ”Diamond Member,” the room was switched to a King bed within 10 minutes. However, there were no welcome amenities set up in the room.
On July 15th, I called reception (dialling ”0”) to inquire about breakfast and requested to invite my friend as part of my membership benefits. The receptionist took some time to check and later informed me that if my friend joined me, there would be an additional charge due to hotel policy regarding a third person. I was surprised that the receptionist was not aware that I was staying alone.
Throughout my stay, turndown amenities were never set up, which was disappointing as a ”Diamond” member. It seemed that the hotel overlooked this aspect of service.
On the day of my departure July 18th, which also happened to be my birthday, no one acknowledged this special occasion. During breakfast with my friend, I observed another guest receiving birthday wishes and a cake from the restaurant staff. When my friend informed the staff that it was also my birthday, it took another 10 minutes for a birthday cake to be brought to my table with a birthday song.
Overall, while the hotel's public areas were well-maintained and had a pleasant ambience, the service experience fell short of expectations. I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in ensuring that the service matches the level expected by loyal members like myself. Staff were generally kind and polite, but attention to detail and proactive guest recognition could be enhanced.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. I trust that my feedback will contribute to improving future guest experiences at your establishment.
GGuest UserVery disappointed stay! Stayed in October 2022 loved it loved everything. This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great
GGuest UserAmazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….
GGuest UserWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.
GGuest UserWe stayed in this guesthouse for a week. We were looking for a quiet place to sleep, far from the chaos of Ubud, the bet is held. It's really isolated, in the middle of the rice fields. The staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. They are always there for you and if you have a question or request, they will go out of their way to answer it right away. The room is large and very clean. We asked for an upstairs room and got it. The bed is firm but comfortable. The rooms all have a terrace where you can eat, have breakfast or simply relax. The included breakfast is very simple (choice between omelet and pancakes, fruit juice, and fruit), but sufficient. You can pay extra for extras. There is no restaurant or bar in this guest house, so you will either have to go to the hotel not far away or order your food on Grab/Gojek. We opted for this second option, and it went very well, a huge choice, delivery in less than an hour if you order from a restaurant in Ubud. The staff can also take an order and your money and go 2/3 shopping for you for drinks displayed on the minibar. Every day they gave us a bottle of water each for free. The pool is nice and clean. The air conditioning is very efficient, sometimes even too much! It has to be settled. Sometimes we just ended up cutting it off. You won't be hot. Now, the negative points, because a good opinion must also mention the points to improve: Daylight which passes very easily, the curtains are not very glued to the window so from 5 am we began to have light. It's true that we Europeans are used to sleeping in the dark. In the room there was also a pipe noise, quite sharp, when people were using the water, whether it was us or neighbours. I don't know what it is, maybe a pump, pipes... I don't know if the problem is common to all rooms. Since I'm sensitive enough to noise to sleep, I opted for earplugs, problem solved. Count 3 to 5 euros one way to get around town by ordering a ride on Grab/Gojek. We had the reservation at a very good price because booked early and before the lifting of health restrictions, so we will say that we are very satisfied with our choice. I hope they will improve the two points mentioned above because those were the two things that bothered me.
