Facilities are good except toilets and bathrooms. Its not clean and water, toilet paper. No soap in bathroom. This has to be changed

Have to wear the dress and slippers provided by essoto in the pods. No luggage allowed inside the pods. A locker provided for small backpack. No secured place to keep the suitcase or heavier luggage, a room near to reception is provided where all cutomers have to keep. Not really secured. No place to change dress, have change dress in locker room itself or you have to walk all the way to toliet areas.

A hidden gem
my stay at essotto recreation hub was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning ambiance. The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and equipped with everything i needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes. The service was attentive and the food was fresh and flavorful. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to the city's top attractions and transportation options. Overall, my experience at essotto recreation hub was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This was the only worst experiences I have faced as a woman at this place. The treatment provided by the staff here especially by the manager who was a lady was horrible. Neither does she qualify as a manager nor as even a junior employee at the place. I was a lady who was on her period and accidentally bled on the sheets lightly and for that this lady showed me no empathy and charged me with almost 3000 rupees. She was ready to charge me more but her other colleagues stopped her from doing so. She made me feel very bad in front of all the people there and even publicly embarrassed me showing everyone how I have stained the sheets. I hope she faces consequences for her actions as she is not at all meant to even be called a woman let alone a manager. I hope everyone thinks twice before heading to a stay like this. It is creepy and the stay alone was not that great as well.

Location of the property was good it was in the main area. And bed was clean. But men’s bathing area is common one near to swimming pool it wee worse, not properly clean. Even though there are curtains available for each shower it’s not trust worthy. Swimming pool was also not clean full of dirt only during my stay. In simple here if you looking for a night stay/hourly stay, but reconsider twice if you taking pods.
