I suffered acute food infection because of food eaten before check-in. The hotel staff was very cooperative and gave me first aid medication. Hotel gesture is much appreciated. However, the staff at check-out was unprofessional. When my colleague came down for breakfast, he requested the staff at the reception counter to keep the billing ready, despite this, when we came to the counter for check-out no preparation was done. The staff kept insisting that the process could not be started before receiving the keys. In that case, this pre-condition should have been made known when the request was made. We would have factored in the extra time. Further, the staff was impolite, which is not apt for hospitality business. I did not eat breakfast, but your system does not allow me to pass the questions so ignore the replies

Well maintained, clean hotel. We had booked 2 rooms and both were good. Breakfast spread was decent and staff are very courteous.

The property is neat and clean. Indeed a very posh residency in north bangalore. The restaurant and food is amazing. The global dhada associated with the property serves one of the best food you ever had in life time. Staff is cordial and friendly. I recommend this place whole heartedly.

The hotel receptionist was inistent rhat I give him my Mobile number. This is against privacy laws of India as reiterated by GOI during consumer hearings And btw what if I don’t have a mobile phone? Is it necessary to own one as per Indian laws? Very rude chap at desk. I would not recommend this hotel

I traveled with my family and had a wonderful stay at Attide Buttique. The room was spacious enough for four people. The room service and food were excellent, and reasonably priced. The staff was excellent and extremely cooperative. I strongly recommended this hotel for family. Thanks Ritesh Doke
