From booking to checkin the process was smooth and organised. Even the stay was comfortable, staff always made sure of it by supporting in the additional requirements. The rooms were well maintained and clean. One minor problem is that the breakfast is not a buffet spread but quantity wise it was good enough for one person to start a tiresomeday. Taste and packaging was also decent as it was a packed brekfast.

I had a fantastic stay at chancery pavilion The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I have been booking this hotel for my visit to bangalore from past one year. Staff are friendly. It’s good price and proximity are attractive. Last time (14th sep 2023, thursday) i checked in, there were these problems, room has all cigarette smoke around, good number of mosquitoes as the window was open and cockroaches in washrooms. Hotel team needs to work on them.
