Sathorn is my favourite place to stay in Bangkok it’s in the best location for food and travel, this hotel maybe difficult to find but it’s a little gem, I like how clean its above foodie click I never got chance to try the food but it looked nice, lovely staff and hot showers

We booked through Agoda and when we turned up there was no one to check us in so we called and they gave instructions to get keys from a lock box. We went to the room and 2hrs later we had a knock on the door and they asked for our booking details as they were not expecting us. They said we had to move to a smaller room and they contacted Agoda and asked us to do the same. The hotel said we could only have the smaller room for one night and Agoda refunded us for the whole booking. We paid for the one night and they asked for 800 bhat but I looked on *********** and the room we stayed in was only 666 bhat. We show them this and only paid 666 but we are really unhappy as Agoda said they sent confirmation to the hotel so they should have known we were coming and not double booked. They then tried to charge us more than what the room was advertised online when they had made a mistake. Overall the hotel was nice but the management is very poor and dishonest. The owner was not even here the whole time and we only spoke over the phone when trying to sort out the issue.
