Is this an Indian owned hotel? I never seen so many Indian people in one place other than the country itself. Not being ****** or offensive but just reviewing the facts and what I see and feel. 97% of the people staying or guests I saw in the lobby were Indian. At first, I was wondering if the lobby attendants were also Indian until they speak Thai to me. I thought I was in Mumbai not Bangkok. The entire feel of the hotel vibe isn't great. lighting is dimmer, not the clean bright. Yes, there is also a smell/odor in the lobby, in the room, and in the hall ways. odor like sweat, humid, damp carpet etc. The location of the hotel is deeper into the main road which google map again was wrong. It's about 7min walk from the Nana station exit. Right next to the hotel you got burger king, taco bell, convenient store, pharmacy, foot massage retail stores so it's convenient in that sense. The room was extremely out dated, furniture looks old, shower, other fixture were all old and feels like a motel in the 80s or 90s. Looks like the management didn't put money into renovating the rooms for guest's comfort. I would only rank this hotel a low 2 diamond/star.
