Next door is the bar street of Khao San Road, you can go shopping. It is opposite the lomprayah office. Go in at 5:30 in the morning to exchange for tickets to Koh Tao, and the bus will leave on time at 6 o'clock

This hotel is smack bang in the center. On Rambuttri road and 2 minutes walk to Khaosan Road. The greatest water pressure imaginable in a hotel. The room is small and basic but that's expected. 5 out 5 would recommend.

Convenient location on Khoa San Road and the ideal place for young travellers/backpackers. Rooftop pool is lovely. The rooms are modern with a contemporary design however small with tiny windows but this is expected in central Bangkok. The staff could be friendlier. When we arrived, we weren’t greeted in a kind manner and had to wait around 10 minutes to check in. In previous hotels (Phuket, Pattaya) we were welcomed with smiles and the staff made our visit. However not the case at this hotel. Please note they do not provide fresh bedding/towels/water/coffee on a daily basis unless you request this at reception. They change this every 3 days. Would stay again for convenience.

It was convenient because it was close to Khao San Street and access to Wat Peng Po and the Royal Palace was good. The drawback is that the subway station is a little far away, but if you use apps such as Via Bus to enter the bus stop in front of the Democratic Memorial Tower as a standard and act on the bus, there is no particular inconvenience. There is a school in front of the hotel, which is quiet and relaxing at night. (See photo: atmosphere in front of the hotel) The front desk was able to respond in English. Cleaning and amenities need a little attention. First of all, it seems that the hotel does not have a spare key, so if you want to enter the cleaning, please be careful not to open the key or return it to the front desk and forget it. Also, as it may happen, there were no amenities such as toothbrushes and combs at this stay, and a shower cap and free bottled water were prepared. However, I think it will not be a big problem because I have prepared additional towels when I forgot to return the key, and I sell toothbrushes at 7-Eleven next door. There is also a good piano at the entrance and I think it is a good hotel with a good atmosphere.

Bathroom drain is slow to drain so you end up standing in a puddle of water for most of the shower. The room was meant to have a safe, but didn't, so I had nowhere to securely place my valuables whilst in the hotel or in Bangkok altogether. The hotel advertised having a roof top bar, but it wasn't functioning at the time of my stay. Although breakfast was included, it was across the road at another hotel who was doing them a favour, and the choices were less than optional, and even when I advised I didn't want onion in my meal in writing (I have an allergy) it came with onion anyway. I did not eat there again during my stay. Bottled water was not supplied daily. The hallways had the cleaning crews equipment blocking the access most days, and there was a dirty leftover plate from someone's dinner left in the hallway for 2 days. My room was meant to have a city view. From the window I could see the wall of the building next to us no more than 1 metre away. So, just a wall view. The hotel parking is an enigma. How anybody gets in and out of there without an accident is beyond me. I would like to say something positive, so on my last night there, the hotel staff person at the desk was very helpful in booking me a taxi for the following morning so that I could leave for my next destination. The taxi arrived and did actually take me to where I needed to go. I like the artwork in the hotel, but it is not a reason to stay there. Stay somewhere else.

hotel is really REALLY clean, wasnt expecting this hahaha location wise might be too far off especially if you are commuting out when it’s dark but for the price point, its all goods 👍🏻 concierge staff even called me through the room phone when my airport pick up driver was at the lobby waiting for me. would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay with my husband. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel prepared a lovely swan for us. We feel loved. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the room is spacious. We requested a high floor and a non-smoking room, and the front desk was able to accommodate our request. We feel happy and satisfied. The location is good and convenient, within walking distance to Pratunam morning market. Also, we would like to shout out their flexibility. Due to our late flight at 9 pm, they were not able to extend our room stay, but they provided a towel for a shower after another round of shopping before heading to the airport. We will definitely come back to this hotel for a stay in the future.

It's best hotel in Bangkok Thailand. The room are clean and quite. Every staff also friendly and professional, they always remember every costumer what we need, explicitly Dada Jommy Sasa and Bonbi they're so sweet. I'll coming again and again

The check in process was quick and smooth. The room was clean. Food was easy to find. Seven eleven was 5 minutes waling distance. The airport rail link was just across the hotel. The situation was far less livid than around 5-6 years ago when I went there. For example, the starbucks across the street was closed (maybe for renovation?) but the whole shopping complex was dead. Before there's an escalator from outside the hotel directly tonthe train station. Now, you have to go cross the street.

Its good to get this hotel if you want get the nearest hotel in the airport and cheapest price .Nice service,friendly and they will assist you if you want to go out somewhere and have atm machine nearest and they have a pool open 9am to 9pm and should be wear the swim wear and the restaurant beside next on the pool also the bar area.
