The resort is situated right next to the lake's edge, which means the view from the room is amazing. The staff is amiable and very supportive. The room was spacious, tidy and equipped with all the amenities one would anticipate from a peerless branded facility. The food was good. The tvs in the room are cable only; i would think they could get smart tvs to enjoy netflix and other content. All in all, a reasonably priced weekend getaway.

Hotel hilt-on proved to be one of my most luxurious stays in a while. With the train station and the bus depot close by, this hotel has a very accessible location. The building itself is very beautiful to look at with a well maintained exterior. The room that my family was availed was very spacious and comfortable. We were provided with extremely comfortable bed and sofas, a glass centre table to eat on ***** with numerous utilities such as soaps, toothbrushes, tea and sugar, a kettle etc. The television set in the room kept me entertained throughout with a good selection if channels. The room service and the quality of food we had ordered up to our room were of excellent quality with timely deliveries and food that was delicious with reasonably good prices. The free wifi came in very handy as well. Overall i would say my whole stay was very much up to par with what i was expecting it to be. I will gladly recommend this place to any future visitors.

This hotel has two wings, old & new. The rooms and bathrooms in the old wing are pretty ordinary, and stripped of any modern amenities. The executive rooms in the new wings are much better, and worth paying the premium rate, if you wish to stay in this hotel. We had been allotted a room in the old wing, but after checking in, we upgraded to a room in the new wing by paying the difference in tariff. The breakfast spread was pretty basic with limited items.
