整體環境不錯，建設的相對比較好，適合帶娃小住，就是酒店太拉跨，服務跟不上，房間門都是壞的，關不上，也不及時換，幸好東西沒丟，洗澡水忽冷忽熱忽大忽小，一次性拖鞋也沒有，膠拖鞋臟兮兮的，黑黢黢的，穿着膈應人，希望能有專業團隊接手管理，不然浪費了這麼好的環境

房間設計很有80年代懷舊的感覺，彷彿回到了小時候，榻榻米可以睡3-4人，三代人住在一起，其樂融融，早晨起來，茶場雲霧繚繞，仙境般美麗，已經和閨蜜約好，再去拍照打卡

酒店衞生很差，進房間馬桶污物都沒有沖掉，跟前台反映了，給換了一間房。我真懷疑他們有沒有打掃衞生間。去餐廳吃飯，也沒有人招待，菜貴得離譜，一個寫着瘦肉燉蘿蔔88，全是蘿蔔加一點肉絲。全程沒有人服務。當客人如空氣。體驗很差。
