Outstanding
AAni M.Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is a very good option within its segment, especially if you appreciate fresh, newly opened hotels.
The hotel has only recently opened, and you can really feel it — everything is absolutely new, clean, and fresh, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms feel modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which makes the stay especially pleasant.
The location may be slightly debatable depending on what you are looking for. It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels. That said, this is Yerevan — “far” here means around a 10-minute walk, so it is all very relative.
What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to accommodate guests in every possible way. They truly try to help and make the stay comfortable.
Overall, a very pleasant impression and a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again.
AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Thumbs up to all the staff .The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
TThatTimStayed at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan and honestly had a really smooth experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and super comfortable. Rooms are well-designed, quiet, and perfect both for rest and work. The staff were friendly and helpful every time, fast check-in, no stress, good vibes overall. Breakfast was solid with a nice variety, everything fresh and organized. Location is a big plus: close to the center, easy to move around the city, restaurants and cafés nearby. If you want a reliable, comfortable place in Yerevan without overpaying this one hits.
GGuest UserGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.
RRitaThe hotel is in the very center. It is obvious that it is not new, but the public areas of the 1st floor look decent, on the floors it is simpler, the rooms are good! Excellent breakfasts and staff at them!
There is a spa (a swimming pool and several steam rooms).
Excellent value for money.
The only thing that is not very comfortable is the synthetic blankets in the rooms (it is hot under them)
YYaoyaoThe hotel is near the Republic Square. We drove by ourselves and there was a parking space in front of the door, which was very convenient for travel. The hotel facilities are complete, the lobby is spacious, the room size is decent, there is mineral water, and the breakfast is rich. The front desk staff is kind, warm and friendly. The hotel is cost-effective. We stayed for 4 consecutive nights from September 27 to October 1. It is recommended to stay.
AAnonymous UserVery friendly front office employees. Big and clean rooms, perfect mattresses. Spa with sauna and pool is soulless. Sympathetic lady and a mostly unfriendly man working there and explaining when you have to shower and when not. ☺️You have to use plastic cover for your hair what is not a problem. The entire atmosphere in the spa is like bei g in a rehabilitation clinic.
Breakfast is mediocre. Waitresses just clear up when they want to. They love chatting. They should be re-educated in Dubai. For the price you pay all in all it's good. Would come back.
GGuest UserOn the plus side, the hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, next to a park. The rooms are quite spacious, and there's a club restaurant on the hotel veranda. On the minus side, if you book a room on the upper floors, you're likely to stay up until 2 a.m. because the music is quite loud and can be heard throughout the hotel. Keep this in mind when booking. The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the linens are good. I highly recommend a massage at the spa.
GGuest UserThe square seen from the hotel hotel located in Yerevan Republic Square seems to start your trip to Yerevan, but the lounge that closes when the fountain show starts is unfortunate ...
