"stop for 9 nights. room as a whole as in the photo but in reality it seems smaller. we had a check-in a little later because of the flight delay, but we were settled even later because of the late departure of the guests before us, what we learned about when we arrived. 3 breakfast was paid, but since 2 people lived, we have not even specified whether we need a third, clarification, paid, breakfast. apartments are quite far from the center, on the hill. specificly in our room very smelled in the bathroom, the air refrigerator was not provided. During all 9 nights we never changed bed linen or towels, the garbage was asked to be taken on its own, But there was no spare trash bag in the room. Two people were also calculated for that time only one roll of toilet paper. In the room there was neither salt nor sugar, but for some reason there was a black pepper. In addition to everything, we have encountered light disconnects, a couple of times long enough, which has virtually disrupted our plans in the face of the lack of a possibility to charge phones. Staff and guests like to sit down late under the windows, rarely managed to sleep until 12 nights. for my back, the mattress was very cruel, but it is individually. From the pluses, when the arrival was given coffee and cakes because of the expectation. Knowing all the features, the next time would not stop."

"We stayed at 'Granada' for a few nights. It's a perfectly suitable hotel in terms of location, price, and quality. Right next door is Cafe Nur, which has excellent food and is affiliated with the hotel, so guests get a 12% discount on their bill. There's a huge 24-hour Yerevan City supermarket literally a stone's throw away. The central (old) part of the city is a 25-30 minute walk – just head down the Cascade and you're in the center. For my wife's birthday, we found a small complimentary gift from the manager in our room. But the real stars of the hotel are its administrators, Roza and Syuzi – they are friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help with any request. A special thank you to them!"
