The hotel itself is new, the service is excellent. Breakfast is good enough. The rooms are new and clean. Tea and tea in the room. Bed is comfortable. The location is not in the most prestigious area, but it was convenient for us as there was a trip to another city near the hotel.

A wonderful hotel near the airport and city. There is everything necessary for accommodation, clean and comfortable. Stopped for just a few hours during a long transplant, but managed to feel all the comfort! Very polite and hospitality hosts :)

All the hotel needs is a fen, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, pastes, teapot in the room, tug (on request), wi-fi in room 6 - weak in the room where the bed is closer to the opposite wall - normal , but the best on the 1st floor I so I understand there is a beautiful wi-fi (there are rooms too). You can order coffee for 30 dramas , yes , 30, not 300)) Hotel definitely recommend 👍 I paid 2600 per night, lived 5 days. From the center on foot 40-50, by taxi 10 min. (Rubley 250-350 depending on the day time). Metro is 10 min walking, you can drive to the center (like 100 drams).

It was alright, but there was no water on the first day. Also, the top bunk of the three-tiered bunk bed was too high and difficult to climb, which was a bit dangerous. The owner was nice, but he didn't turn on the air conditioning to save costs, so it was a bit hot at night.

Perfect location in center of yereven easy access to most of the place to travel even by walk .Good accommodation with friendly staff .They don't refuse when you ask for any help they are always helpful and I recommend as one of the very good place to choose for tourist.
