"The hotel gave me the wrong room and refused to change it. I still refused to change it even when I showed it to the reservation. The attitude was cold. Later I contacted Ctrip customer service. Ctrip contacted the hotel at 5 am in China to help me solve the problem. After I got the room I deserved, the attitude of the front desk was even colder and very *. After traveling in the Bahamas for a few days, I basically have the same impression of this country, no credit, no sense of service. I have stayed in Holiday Inns in many countries, and this is the worst. Maybe the Bahamas is too beautiful, so they don't care at all."

The hotel has a great location, new facilities, and is medium-sized. The stay experience is very good. The swimming pool is great, and it is very convenient to go to the beach by the pool. It is an unforgettable and wonderful stay experience!

YinNot far from the airport, but also need to call a car, this is the best hotel in the Bahamas this time, better than the countryt of dt, the same price should be the best, this hotel was temporarily booked on the same day, because staying The airbnb on Pig Island is too bad, so I decided that the home looked good, and Ctrip had no comment, so I planned to gamble. I arrived early in the day, but I also checked in early. If the fee is about two thousand RMB per night, I paid almost a hundred dollars in tax when I checked out. Unfortunately, I did not experience the swimming pool behind the hotel. It looks very good. The stay is very comfortable, there is a balcony, the decoration is quite new, it is recommended to experience, there is a casino downstairs, did not go.

Guest UserThe first day of the renminbi more than 3,900, the next day, more than 5,000, the third day, more than 7,000, the real tmd, the front desk, the efficiency of the front desk was extremely slow, the second day, the room continued to tell me that I was the last one and must let me change from the 18th floor to the 15th. The room type is not the same price, even if I told me that I must be doubled because of another room? How do WTF guests know that he lives a few floors? I didn't expect that when I played Check in, he gave me the 7th floor. I felt that I was being played. The front desk often had a person at night. The brain was not very good. The efficiency was particularly low. The system was very old. It really gave more than 1 point. I lost 20,000 knives in the casino. No one told me that I could change points for the hotel. When I check out, a friend told me that I would go back and ask them to say it is too late.

Hotel location is nice, 10 min from the airport, private beach and pool etc.. however like everything else in Nassau it wasn't really worth the money. The property facilities weren't great, for €350 a night, there was a small pool bar shack with a limited selection of drinks, limited sun loungers. Our room was fine, but quite small and pretty dated. The staff were all friendly and helpful though and there are a few nice restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. As places in Nassau go, it's nice, however don't expect value for money or luxury.

Guest UserWe found this resort to have everything we needed to have an excellent vacation. The majority of the staff was very welcoming and courteous every time we had any encounter with them. I found the bartenders at the lobby bar not so friendly. It was hard to get their attention and at times felt I have been overlooked. Otherwise I have all good things to say about this resort. I would definitely visit this resort again. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Very beautiful hotel, it is a bit far from the city, the traffic is not convenient, the local taxi is more pitted, and the starting point is 20 dollars.

So was a bit nervous after seeing reviews. This is a great hotel for the price you pay. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but everyone is super friendly and the food is great.
We stayed for New Year’s Eve and there was entertainment by the pool and a party for the evening and the buffet dinner had everything and more! The room was acceptable.
We walked to the casino in the Baha Mal and a water bottle cost $15 so for the price we paid we had water on tap!
