SSuobulawusanguiThe hotel's location is absolutely superb! 👍 Situated right on the banks of the Youjiang River and in the heart of Yangming Town, the air is fresh, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. The environment perfectly matches the hotel's name; staying here allows for leisurely strolls along the river in the morning and evening, truly embodying a secluded, rural charm.
The front desk staff are polite, welcoming, professional, and attentive. The breakfast is small yet exquisite, and the restaurant staff are also very friendly.
The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet area, the slippers are made of comfortable fabric, and the bath towels and hand towels are thick and comfortable.

GGuest UserA Jingxi gave a big surprise. As soon as I entered the homestay, I felt that my eyes were bright. It was very new Chinese. Every corner could see the design of the scenery. I wanted to stay for one night, but I immediately decided to stay for two nights and stay for one night. It was too comfortable. The boss and clerk were very attentive. The coffee drinks are delicious, even the toiletries in the room are very good, everything is comparable to a five-star hotel! I will come back later if I have a chance! GGuest UserWe arrived at the hotel at 7 pm and checked in smoothly. We booked a business bed room ( Trip.com showing the room area of 80 square meters, we also came to experience this), but after opening the door, we found that the area was different from the platform display (estimated about 50 square meters), we immediately reported to the front desk, The front desk said that it would give feedback to the hotel manager... When we went out to eat, the hotel front desk called and said: the hotel manager said, it is better to apply for a refund and check out tonight at Trip.com ... As a guest who has stayed at the hotel many times, this processing method obviously shocked us. We thought that if the room area is really 80 square meters, then the hotel explained it or just fooled it. If the room area is not 80 square meters marked on Trip.com , as a hotel management staff, either apologize for upgrading the room or send some small gifts to appease the emotions of the guests, this matter will end here. But the front desk staff called us to let us check out, which was obviously an escalation of the contradiction. Because the car was very tired after driving for a day, we no longer entangled. We fell asleep after washing that night. Who knows that when we slept in the middle of the night, we actually heard the sound of K song next door, and it was another difficult night. I got up the next day and felt angry, I didn't eat breakfast, I just left ......
Seriously, the facilities of the hotel room are quite complete, but the service attitude of the hotel management staff is really not flattering. I hope the hotel can improve the service awareness!

JJiajia2013Jinxilai Hotel exceeded expectations! The environment is warm and elegant, and the decoration is simple and atmospheric. The sanitary condition is excellent, the sink is dry and the carpet is stain-free. The service is professional and efficient, and the staff takes the initiative to help solve the problem. The facilities are perfect and practical, the TV is clear, the network is stable, and the experience of staying is excellent. I will choose here next time!
