During this trip back to Northeast China to visit relatives, I originally planned to stay at another hotel, but seeing a newly opened Lirui Hotel nearby, I decided to give it a try. This impromptu decision turned out to be the warmest part of the entire trip. We arrived at the hotel late at night with my child, and the staff had prepared bread and yogurt for the little one who hadn't eaten dinner. Their words, ”The child can't go hungry,” instantly put my mind at ease. When I asked if they had a crib, they immediately brought out an extra bed and carefully helped us settle in. Even more touching were the thoughtful details: because I didn't want to go downstairs to do laundry, the hotel thoughtfully provided two brand-new laundry basins, a clothes rack, and laundry detergent to be delivered to the room; and since it was Christmas, the receptionist, knowing my child liked toy trains, surprised us with a Christmas train toy. What moved me most was that the hotel, knowing I lived in Hangzhou and hadn't been back to Northeast China for many years, quietly prepared Northeast specialties and a childhood favorite drink, Zhenzhen. This kind of family-like thoughtfulness made us extend our stay for two more nights. Lirui's service was not only professional but also full of human warmth, making our trip home truly heartwarming and touching. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all travelers. Not only can you find accommodation here, but you can also experience a rare sense of warmth and thoughtfulness.

Stayed at Huayou with my family, and it was a perfect experience! The location is unbeatable; it's close to everything, and parking is convenient. The room amenities are comprehensive, everything is spotlessly clean, and it feels as comfortable as home. The hotel's pool was a pleasant surprise – the water is clean and heated, and my child spent the whole afternoon there, not wanting to leave. I especially want to praise the breakfast; it's genuinely authentic, offering all sorts of home-style breakfast items like fried dough sticks, congee, noodles, and hot dishes. The taste is universally appealing, the ingredients are fresh and substantial. The hotel also offers a full range of complementary services, making it a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. My whole family was very satisfied!

Changchun Ailu International Hotel is definitely a surprise choice for this trip! French light luxury style combines Chinese elements, the lobby is elegant, the spiral staircase and the crystal lamp atmosphere are full, and the shots are blockbuster. The rooms are spacious and bright, the whole house is intelligently controlled, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the toiletries are aromatic and the details are of high quality. The supporting facilities are super perfect, with a chlorine-free heated swimming pool, imported equipment fitness center, and Chinese and Western restaurants. The service is intimate and thoughtful, the staff is warm and courteous, and the response is timely. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. Whether it is a business trip or a holiday, it is super suitable, the price is super high, it is highly recommended! Finally, thank you Manager Wang for his service. ”The grand lobby and the luxurious fragrance instantly define what a 'luxury experience' truly means.” The room design is simple yet sophisticated, with an atmospheric lighting system that exudes tasteful refinement rather than ostentatious extravagance. The soundproofing is excellent; while the city bustles outside, the interior remains tranquil. The front desk staff are professional, friendly, and highly efficient. The hotel's location is convenient, with well-developed dining and commercial facilities nearby, making it easy for both business trips and sightseeing. The variety of choices is abundant: from Chinese and Western hot dishes, local specialties, fresh fruit and vegetable salads, a bread and pastry section to a freshly cooked noodle station—the selection is dazzling. Even after several days of continuous stay, the menu changed daily, ensuring I never got tired of it. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, clearly not just cheaply prepared frozen products. The bread in the bakery was crisp and fragrant, the fruit was sweet, and the freshly cooked noodle soup was delicious—every bite reflected the hotel's dedication. ”This is probably the most photogenic hotel breakfast I've ever had. The presentation is exquisite, the ingredients are brightly colored, and even the serving dishes are very stylish. Eating breakfast has become an aesthetic enjoyment, suitable for slowing down and savoring.”

What impressed me most about this stay was the service of the hotel. The hotel is close to the West Ring Road subway station, and the travel is very calm and there is no need to worry about rushing. Pushing open the door, a faint fragrance came, the room was clean as if no one had lived, the sun was sprinkled on the soft carpet through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which made people relax instantly. At breakfast time, I sat by the window, eating a hot breakfast, drinking a strong coffee, and my heart was full of comfort. Xu Wei, the waiter at the front desk, always smiled and spoke softly, making people feel like spring breeze. This is not only a resting place on the journey, but also a warm home. Thank you for this unexpected beauty. Will choose to stay here next time! ! !

I stayed at this hotel in Changchun for several days, and overall, the experience exceeded my expectations – I was very satisfied. During check-in, a gentleman at the front desk arranged a non-smoking and quiet room for me, and the process was very smooth. The guest room was well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping service on the eighth floor was also satisfactory. Over the four consecutive days, the breakfast offerings were relatively fresh and tasted quite good. Although the hotel isn't in the city center and there aren't many dining options nearby, taxis and ride-sharing services in Changchun are inexpensive, and the hotel was close to where I needed to be, making transportation quite convenient. The park directly across from the hotel provides a pleasant environment, perfect for walks and morning exercises. The downside was the hotel's dinner buffet, which was a bit disappointing, with even fewer options than breakfast. Additionally, during breakfast hours, some staff occasionally chatted amongst themselves, which seemed a bit unprofessional. Overall, the hotel is still very good. If you're conducting business nearby, I would recommend staying here.

Check-in was efficient and smooth, the room had a great view and was fully equipped, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and Helen, the staff member, provided smiling service throughout and responded to any needs very promptly. I truly felt the meaning of ”comfort” and highly recommend it!

The room facilities are a bit old, the parent-child room, but the projector is average, the bathtub drainage is not very good, the drawer is not very good, 🙄, I thought it was a big hotel, but it was a small hotel, the pictures were very good, but it was a bit not in line with the price/performance ratio. Fortunately, the service staff was patient. Help us debug the projector for more than 20 minutes, finally the child can watch the cartoon.

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.

The service is commendable! The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful and the check-in was efficient and fast. The room service staff was meticulous and cleaned the room every day. When encountering problems, the staff always patiently answer and solve them in time, making people feel at home.
