Guest UserIt was a hasty decision, but it was a pleasant surprise! Unlike many B&Bs and camping options, this is a hidden gem nestled in a valley, offering a sense of privacy. The entire site seamlessly blends in with the surrounding nature, creating a seamless experience. Speaking of which, a beachfront hotel has a private beach, and here, there's even a private forest! Enjoy the mountain freely, and both adults and children can find their own unique adventure! In just a few days, we enjoyed the convenience of climbing the mountain with our eyes open or closed. And there's a truly amazing barista!
The accommodations were also very comfortable and clean! It was a great place to bring our kids!
Looking forward to the early completion of the private hot spring courtyard!

Guest UserGive it 5 stars. The advantage is that the location is not in the center of the town and it is very quiet. In addition, parking is very convenient, and you can also borrow the Boss charging station to charge. Furthermore, the newly opened restaurant cooks delicious food, the fried pork with white mushrooms is very delicious, the stewed potatoes are also very good, and the price is reasonable. The restaurant service staff are also very enthusiastic, especially an old waiter who introduced us to Saihanba. Very enthusiastic. Finally, let me ask, what kind of stewed potatoes is in this dish? tastes good

Guest UserFirst of all, the room is very large, and there is a bed in the living room. Secondly, the balcony is really super big and the scenery is invincible. When I got up in the morning, I opened the curtains and shocked the children. It was so beautiful. Come to escape the heat next summer. In the evening, a bonfire party was held intimately. The staff who played the giant panda were also very attentive and patient. The children played with him very much.

This was the last stop on my road trip back to Beijing from Inner Mongolia. I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip the night before. It was very American-style, with a complimentary horse-riding service for the children. We also had a boat trip on the grass sea where we happened to see the sunset, which was truly beautiful. The hostess was very welcoming, and the food in the hotel's own restaurant was also very good. Since I ate too much meat in Inner Mongolia, I didn't try the grilled lamb chops here. I'll definitely try it next time I have the chance.

Guest UserStrongly praise Beijing Valley Butler Yu Tong! This stay experience is particularly comfortable. Before check-in, take the initiative to send routes and park play guides, warm reception after arrival, and patiently explain the supporting facilities throughout the whole process. During the stay, the response was rapid, all kinds of needs were properly arranged, and the work was neat and careful. Treat people sincerely and steadily, and the service is just right, which makes people feel relaxed. Relying on the beautiful environment of the valley, coupled with Yu Tong's intimate and thoughtful service, the holiday atmosphere is directly full. Next time I come to Beijing Valley, I still choose to find Yu Tong. I recommend everyone to look for this housekeeper!

Guest UserOur family stayed at this hotel in Saihanba and had a fantastic experience! A special thanks to our concierge, Qiqi, who was incredibly kind and helped us plan our sightseeing routes, taking care of all the little details. Her service was truly heartwarming. The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful grassland views right outside the window. The hotel's environment is quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for both family trips and group travel. Definitely worth coming back to!

Guest UserI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

The room was clean and tidy, the room service was excellent, the front desk staff were welcoming and responsive, and all staff members were neatly dressed and actively helped guests solve any problems. The hotel has a European style, and the town also includes a Russian-style street. The main attraction is the Pegasus Flying Town scenic area, which features stunt car shows, bonfire parties, horseback riding, flying attractions, VR technology, and a wide variety of other programs and activities. I was overwhelmed with choices and highly recommend it!

Location: The location of the hotel is very good👍Surrounded by mountains, the Fairy Valley really lives up to its name. It is less than half an hour's drive from all the major attractions in Bashang.
Service: The hotel's service is very good, far beyond my expectations. The front desk is very professional and enthusiastic. The waiters will greet you kindly and comfortably no matter where they meet.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good both outside the hotel and in the guest rooms. The room we stayed in was basically hygienic, and everything you touched and saw was very clean.
Facilities: The decoration of the hotel is relatively grand, and all facilities are basically complete. I like it very much. It will definitely be my first choice hotel when I go to Bashang in the future.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!
