The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the large bed was incredibly comfortable. The next morning, I went to the second floor for the buffet breakfast. The selection was diverse, a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and the flavors were rich. I was thoroughly satisfied with both the food and drinks!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a relatively bustling area, making shopping very convenient. The parking lot gets busy on weekends, but there's still always a spot for hotel guests. We arrived at noon and had Chengde cuisine on the fourth floor, which was very authentic, tasty, and reasonably priced. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms had a separate wet and dry area, were clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they refilled dishes quickly. My family found it very comfortable and were all very satisfied.

FFrankBayThe views are fantastic! On the day of departure, the front desk even sent a text message with directions for driving there, which was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. It took about two hours to drive from Beijing to the hotel. We pre-registered our car and were able to park it in the parking lot. They even have fast-charging stations.
We also pre-booked the public hot spring and enjoyed the Eye Stone hot spring. The breakfast quality was also excellent. I highly recommend coming here for the experience!

GGuest UserThe room type I stayed in was quite spacious, including the bathroom, and came with a king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was bright and airy. From the window, I could enjoy the night view of Chengde, and during the day, a river view. They provided complimentary welcome snacks and hot spring tickets. The staff were always smiling and very courteous. Every time I visit Chengde, I choose to stay at this hotel. The hotpot set menu at the 2nd-floor restaurant is also a highlight; the portions of meat, vegetables, fish, and shrimp were generous, and the service was excellent.

The hotel environment is very special, and the children especially like it. The front desk saw that we took the children and upgraded the parent-child room for us. The room has its own small hanging chair. The room is clean and tidy, the service staff is also very attentive and attentive, and a small can of tea is sent before leaving. GGuest UserFirst off, they have their own parking lot with EV charging stations, which is super convenient for electric car owners. The room itself was great – the bedding was clean and comfortable. They even helped me bring my luggage to the room. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the freshly made wontons and noodles were a highlight. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the scenic area. It was so nice to be able to pop back to the hotel for a rest when I got tired from walking around in the crowds. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

GGuest UserLocation is unbeatable!! The hotel is right before the entrance gate to the Jinshanling Great Wall cable car station and trail heads. You can actually hike up to good view points on the Great Wall injust 30-40 minutes. The hotel is in good condition. The room is mostly clean and well maintained. The AC works well. Toilet has a weird smell but didn't bother me that much. Wish they provided conditioner (only shampoo and shower gel were in the bathroom). Restaurant has many options for Chinese dishes and so is the buffet breakfast. If I come back, definitely book it again for the excellent location.
