The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

If we didn't eat at his restaurant, we'd have to blame ourselves for this awful scooter. There were plenty of new, large scooters parked outside, so why didn't they replace it? It was their own fault. It was so poorly performing. While we were pushing it, our child fell on a hill, injuring his arms and legs. We showed him the problem, but the owner didn't think it was a problem and even asked if we wanted to eat. B&Bs should be mindful of the integrity of their partners. Everything else was excellent!

The room was tiny, and the facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel. The mattress was incredibly soft; after just one night, my back was aching.
