Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!

GGuest UserOur family's stay at the InterContinental Hefei with our child was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Guan. She proactively reached out before our arrival to understand our needs and even decorated the room with a lovely kids' setup. The little tent made the whole room feel cozy and playful, and our child was over the moon the moment we walked in – talk about attention to detail! The hotel's service was consistently excellent, with all staff members being warm and attentive. The Executive Lounge offered a great variety of food and boasted amazing views. Our lake-view room had a wonderful, expansive vista, making for a truly comfortable stay. Traveling with a child, choosing this hotel made everything so much easier. It's definitely our top choice for our next visit to Hefei! Plus, when we inquired about the AC on check-out, they even gave us a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The overall service at the hotel is truly excellent! 👍👍

MMRSPenangFinally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes.
Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff!
Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!

Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

AAsuoWWI was in Hefei for my child's graduation ceremony, so I chose a hotel near Dadongmen, primarily for its proximity to her school. The hotel's location is excellent. Take Airport Bus No. 1 from Hefei Xinqiao Airport, get off at Chaohu Road, and walk across the bridge to the hotel. Dadongmen Subway Station's Exit D is just downstairs, making subway access incredibly convenient. Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street is a 6-7 minute walk away, and Bao Park and Xiaoyaojin are also within walking distance. Downstairs, you'll find KFC, a casserole dish, and Shaxian snacks, as well as a nearby convenience store and Hefei's famous stinky mandarin fish. The hotel itself was welcoming and attentive, and the hotel provided complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The breakfast was average, but the room was relatively new, and the Xiaodu voice control system was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

It has the best relation quality/price of all the hotels I tried in this area, but there are still little things that could be improved. For example, windows usually do not close tight and allow some noise and cold to enter through.

KKeerweiersuqinIt was really a last minute booking. We went back to my husband's hometown on the eve of the Chinese New Year, and we had to bring our big dog with us. However, it was not easy to book a hotel at 8 pm that day and still be able to bring the dog. The front desk service was really good, and they contacted me patiently. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 that night, and there was a special sightseeing car to pick us up. The environment is very good, and I plan to bring my elders here to celebrate the New Year next year🧨
