Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an âinternational brandâ and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.

GGuest UserHands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch!
1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage.
2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them.
3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel â truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning.
4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views.
I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again.

MMRSPenangFinally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes.
Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff!
Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!

My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room â it was incredibly soothing.

The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable.
- Service
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm.
- Getting Around
For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended.
- Other Amenities
The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests.
Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

The experience of staying in this store is very good, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the front desk lady is warm and thoughtful. In particular, it is very convenient to live here to eat, go downstairs, especially the wooden barrel restaurant, the quantity is large, the price is close to the people, the fruit snack porridge is free, highly recommended!

The location is excellent, very close to the train station, with a subway station right next door. The environment is quite good, and the high-ceilinged lobby feels grand. The front desk service was decent; my room was upgraded before arrival.
The executive room wasn't particularly large, but the facilities were well-maintained. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the safety. Guests also receive complimentary fruit upon check-in, which is a nice touch.
The executive lounge's light meals offer a decent variety, though the only made-to-order items are noodles and wontons, which were just so-so.
Breakfast had a good selection, including special local dishes like Huainan beef soup and freshly stewed chicken soup with small wontons. There was also a cart service offering a unique 'sa tang' (thick soup) which tasted good. The made-to-order egg rolls were also delicious. The chef at the noodle station was particularly enthusiastic, explaining everything and even helping to prepare an Anqing-style wonton soup base. The service was exceptional.
Overall, a very good hotel. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu.
The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc.
So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids!
BTW: it has hot spring too, but we donât have chance to try, will leave it for next trip

It has the best relation quality/price of all the hotels I tried in this area, but there are still little things that could be improved. For example, windows usually do not close tight and allow some noise and cold to enter through.
