From check-in to check-out, the front desk is very fast, the room is quiet and hygienic, the environment is elegant, the corridor fragrance is very comfortable, the room layout is reasonable, the quality of toiletries is online, and the picture is consistent, the decoration style is unique and fresh, I like it very much, the facilities are beautifully arranged, and the stay is assured. 24-hour shuttle bus is provided, and it is very convenient to travel quickly. Good sound insulation, cool air conditioning, sleep well all night, and also sent evening desserts and welcome fruits intimately, I really recommend it to everyone! In addition, we must name and praise the housekeeper Xiao Wang, the service is super intimate and thoughtful! From the initiative to contact before check-in, to the patient answering throughout the whole process after check-in, the first time there is a need, the attitude is gentle and enthusiastic. Timely and intimate reminders of activities and precautions have saved us a lot of heart. Professional and responsible, make people feel at home, the experience is very good!

As a loyal guest of The Langham Hefei, it's always my first choice when I visit the city. Jane remembered I was returning and thoughtfully reserved my preferred room type, which made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. The service throughout was meticulous and attentive, with all my needs promptly addressed – the attention to detail truly shines. The Langham's chocolates are outstanding, and I always buy some to take home. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall ambiance and service quality are consistently excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hefei.

Had a great mini-break here – just two days but totally worth it. Staff were super friendly, service was spot on. The pool is huge and perfect for a proper swim. Breakfast buffet had loads of options – everyone in our family found their favourite. All in all, a brilliant stay!

This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I loved it! The room had a modern yet cozy vibe, and the bedding and linens were incredibly comfortable. The large window let in plenty of sunlight, which was a real plus. What really stood out, though, was the excellent attitude of the staff; they were super helpful and quickly resolved any issues I had. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

This was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

Overall, the hotel is quite okay and offers a generally comfortable stay. The location is convenient, and the facilities meet basic expectations. Staff service is acceptable, and check-in/check-out processes are smooth. However, one major downside is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. It seems that some inconsiderate guests have been smoking despite the rules, and the odor lingers, making the room less pleasant. This significantly affects the overall experience, especially for non-smokers. If the hotel could enforce stricter no-smoking policies and improve ventilation or deep-cleaning procedures, it would greatly enhance the stay. As it stands, it’s decent—but the smoking issue is hard to ignore.

This hotel is right next to Swan Lake, offering a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The rooms are well-equipped, with instant hot water and very comfortable beds. On the fourth floor, there's a swimming pool and gym, which guests can access directly. The pool water is clean, and the gym has a good selection of equipment. We even received complimentary fruit delivered to our room. Most importantly, the staff's service attitude is incredibly warm. They promptly contacted us when we left an item in the room during checkout, allowing us to retrieve it. A huge thank you to them! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If I come to Hefei again, I'll definitely stay here. I highly recommend it to my friends.

The room is beautiful and well-equipped. Downstairs, there's a large garden and an artificial lake. The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of food, it's not crowded, and there's plenty of seating. The hotel is very close to attractions like the Anhui Science and Technology Museum, Museum of Famous Figures, Art Museum, and the Crossing the Yangtze River Battle Memorial Hall, as well as Chaohu Lake. There's a subway station nearby and a Wanda commercial area, making it convenient for dining. The service is excellent; I'll definitely book here again next time. They even gave us fruit and bottled water when we checked out, which was a thoughtful touch.

I came here for a weekend getaway with my mom and child from Hefei. The beautiful pool was very clean, and my child didn't want to get out. The room was spacious and spotless. The butler had already turned on the air conditioning for us and even brought welcome fruits. There were several bottles of mineral water, drinks, and milk in the room. The bathroom had aromatherapy, and the shower gel and shampoo smelled lovely. The outdoor environment was excellent. The Chinese restaurant had a huge floor-to-ceiling window, allowing us to enjoy the vast rice fields while eating. The beef noodles for breakfast were delicious. We also chose to have our regular meals at the restaurant, and to our surprise, the portions were generous, and the food was incredibly tasty. I have to praise how fragrant the rice was; the egg fried rice for breakfast must have used the same rice, as my child ate two big bowls of it! Our room was a standalone unit, so it was very quiet at night. Before we left, the butler reminded me to pick up coffee at the Rice Field Cafe and also gave us a souvenir. It was a fantastic experience, and we'll definitely come back again!
