Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Hefei

I stayed at this hotel because I was taking an early morning international flight from Hefei Airport. The room was clean and tidy. There was a field next door, and I could hear geese croaking, haha.

I like the decoration style of the hotel very much. There is a very practical desk, and the room is particularly sunny. The whole wall is glass, facing a lake, there are many green plants next to it, the scenery is really good, and the living is a whole comfortable. Meimei drops to sleep all night. After lunch, I can have another lunch break. This is the second time I have come. The person at the front desk told me that I knew that I checked out late and swiped the room card to two o'clock in the afternoon. Who knows the happiness of checking out at two o'clock? Family ～

The facilities were complete, and the stay was quite comfortable. The room size was just right, and the soundproofing was pretty good, which was unanimously praised by my family. The old Yangtze River Hotel before the Yi Hotel, I was very satisfied with my stay. The check-in procedure at the front desk was very fast and the service was enthusiastic. Because we came to Hefei with our one-year-old granddaughter and there were a lot of things. There was a little staff member who helped us carry our luggage. , I really feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and tastes good!

Our two-night stay in the courtyard room was quite relaxing and enjoyable. The environment was lovely, the restaurant served delicious food, and there's a spot for fishing. Although the courtyard was small, it was very cozy to sit in and perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent; they were always responsive and answered all our questions. During the holiday season, it was evident that the staff were working very hard. My family had a good rest, and the children had a great time, so overall, I gave it a positive rating. However! Compared to other guesthouses of similar or even lower price points, when fully booked, their capacity to handle guests clearly fell short. For example, our room was still being cleaned close to the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, the staff were so busy they couldn't even offer water. There was also a lack of staff guidance from parking to check-in and luggage assistance. At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively. It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do. If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.

It is very convenient to go out on a business trip to this hotel. There are more places to eat nearby. It is very close to the South Railway Station. The hotel is not bad. The room facilities are very complete. There are floor-to-ceiling windows for good lighting, cleanliness and service.

The room, over 80 square meters, was spacious, with a large private hot tub on the balcony – perfect for a relaxing soak before heading to the sofa. Falling asleep to the croaking of frogs at night was idyllic, and breakfast featured flavorful bamboo shoot noodles. Meals included hot pot, barbecue, and home-style dishes. Ideal for those seeking quiet solitude or a relaxing getaway for two, a leisurely day at the village home was incredibly soothing.
