"This is a good choice when I made my booking to an unknown city. Location wise so near to main attraction such as Louyang Ancient City. It does not sit exactly in the main street so you have to walk a bit roughly 200m inside. With luggage maybe found bit difficulty as uneven stone pathway to the hotel. Though this should not dampen your mood for staying here. I got ground floor. I guess those without balcony were given groud floor. It have high floor to ceiling window/sliding door facing the main pathway. Can't really open the curtain then everyone pass though will see you. Upper floor should not have this issue. There this side upright chair/cusyen where one can just sit and lounge around eating all the snack one just bought outside the street. TV is big I do not have time to watch any. I think tis the subscription version. All necessary amenities is available. 🤷 There's washing machine but only operational 10am to 10pm and I didn't have time to use it. Ground floor may have issue with sound as I can hear upstairs things moving around but I'm so tired from all day walk so this just temporary nuisance. All in all I highly recommend this place if the area you intended to visit is around the hotel."

MMiaomiaoqishishizhiwangA truly wonderful experience! The room was spacious and clean, and both beds were quite large; my child and I could easily share one. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks and snacks, and there was even a card reminding guests that these were complimentary! The environment was simply amazing. Located right in the ancient town, the guesthouse has many rooms, all with a classic, antique feel, and peonies everywhere. It will probably be even more beautiful in spring when the flowers bloom! The complimentary Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) experience and lacquer fan making were a huge hit with the kids! Breakfast was different every day, ensuring everyone was well-fed. They also offer high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service, and the driver was incredibly punctual, ensuring we weren't late! If I have the chance, I'd love to come back again when it's warmer!

GGuest UserThe room was great, and my dorm mates were all very quiet. The common area is separate from the sleeping quarters, so singing karaoke there won't disturb anyone. The common area also has hot water, daily free drinks, and even mahjong. It's located in a bustling area, not far from the subway or tourist attractions, and the neighborhood feels safe. The female toilets and showers are separate, which I really appreciate. This is definitely one of my favorite hostels.

GGuest UserGaLa Homestay is located right inside Lijing Gate, and stepping out, you're immediately on the snack street – super convenient! The owners are incredibly nice and friendly. They also have adorable pets, a dog named Cola and a cat named Fanta, who are very affectionate. The complimentary cocktail from GaLa Pub was also delicious! Although the homestay is within the scenic area, it's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The decor is very cozy, and the hygiene is excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Luoyang!

This designer hotel hidden in Luolong District has subverted my expectations of accommodation from the moment I stepped into the courtyard. The location is the golden coordinates of cultural tourism, and the travel is convenient to impeccable. You can walk into the Sui and Tang Botanical Garden in five minutes. You can enjoy peony in spring and ginkgo in autumn. The four seasons can be hidden privately. Five minutes drive to Luoyang Museum to touch history, 13 minutes direct to Longmen Grottoes, and seven minutes drive to catch the high-speed rail, no need to worry about traffic. You can park at the entrance of the hotel, it is too friendly to self-driving tourists, the surrounding environment is also very quiet, and there is still quiet when you rest at night. The environment is elegant and Zen in the bones. The entrance is first the mist water system flowing, the flowers, grass, fish and birds dotted it, and the spirit show in the water town of Jiangnan instantly came to my face. The all-wood decoration is matched with the master calligraphy and painting on the wall, and the corridor is full of good smells. Every place is like the setting in the art gallery. Especially like the outdoor attic, overlooking the Wangcheng Bridge with the railing, the wide view makes people instantly relieve the fatigue of the journey, and the top floor terrace is a great place to drink tea and empty. The details of the room are full of care and quality. The smart home system in the whole house can switch to read, romantic and other modes. Dyson hair dryer, jasmine toiletries, Evian mineral water, are exquisite everywhere. The brand bedding is so soft that people are ”addicted to sleep”. Some room types have bathtubs and bath salts, with free tea bags and snacks, take a bath before going to bed and drink a cup of hot milk prepared by the hotel. The happiness is directly full. Hygiene is impeccable, the bedding towels are clean and refreshing, even the toothbrush is hairy and does not hurt the gums, the details are in the real chapter. The service is warm enough to make people remember. Before check-in, someone called in advance to confirm the demand, and took the initiative to turn on the heating, and just entered the room to warm up. The front desk lady patiently answered all questions, the waiter also took the initiative to send hot water and fruit, butler service is worthy of the name [__LINK_ICON]. The dining experience is even more unexpected. Breakfast is authentic Chinese flavor, buns, porridge, fried noodles are all available, and a free cup of Pu'er tea and coffee is also available, and there is even free ice cubes in summer. The dinner table ritual is full, the abalone, Liao ginseng and other ingredients are fresh, and the secret marinade tastes great. Dining in the Soviet-style courtyard-like environment, taste buds and visual satisfaction. I have stayed in many hotels in Luoyang, and the 13 houses of the ramp have become my first choice with strength.

ZZJwjp1965I stayed at the Huayang International Hotel in April 2017 when I came to Luoyang to see the peonies, and I was very impressed: excellent service, and the food on the second floor was fantastic (especially the braised carp, it was so delicious)... So when I returned to Luoyang, I chose the Huayang International Hotel again. Time has passed, and I can understand that the door frames in the room show some wear and tear. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and asked me to select 21 kinds of fruit (complimentary from the hotel), saying they would be delivered to my room in 40 minutes. I carefully made my selections, but to my surprise, a plate of fruit arrived less than 5 minutes after I got to my room. After unwrapping it and counting carefully, if you count each small tomato as one type, there were only about 12 varieties – nowhere near 21. I hadn't even checked 'pear,' so it seemed like this fruit was already prepared beforehand. I mentioned it to the front desk when I went out, and when I returned to my room before dinner, another plate was delivered, making it 21 varieties. However, aside from the bananas and small tomatoes, which were acceptable, the apples and nectarines tasted terrible – sour and astringent. I took one bite and had to throw them away, which was a waste and a shame. I suggest the hotel avoids playing number games and instead focuses on providing a few genuinely good-tasting fruits. Is that so hard? The room's cleanliness was excellent. For dinner, I wanted to order the braised Yellow River carp on the second floor, but I was told it needed to be reserved in advance and that all the carp were 4-5 jin (2-2.5 kg). There were only two of us; could we possibly finish a 4-5 jin fish? The next evening, I had a braised Yellow River carp, about 2 jin, at a small restaurant near Yingtiangate. Around 4 PM on my second day, a lovely staff member delivered a hand-drawn map of Luoyang's attractions. It showed the hotel's thoughtfulness, but wasn't it a bit late to deliver? The breakfast was quite abundant; the scallion pancakes were fragrant and tasty, but the beef pancakes were just average. The complimentary shuttle service to the high-speed train station was a thoughtful touch.

It's incredibly thoughtful that they provide a business car for pick-up and drop-off at the station. There's also an Ă  la carte breakfast and an infinity pool, making it an excellent spot for a relaxing vacation. The environment is also fantastic.

JJuujuuHuUpon arrival, I was amazed on how quiet and clean the space were, took countless photos and couldn't dare to mess the space up, but I had to. It was such a lovely welcome with a flower (fake) on the bed, such a nice prop if you plan to take pictures with the lovely soft light coming from the window. Location is very convenient, close to the metro and buses, being right at the entrance of the 丽景门, going places was ideally. Foods and milk tea stores were downstairs less than 5min walk away. 15-20min you would had reach the end of the night market from the hotel. The room was clean and neat. If solo travel or couple traveller, it would be least of an issue, but if travelling with your friend, I must say the main door to the bathroom do need a little cover up as it is just a glass door. The bed was comfy, the pillow was the right height and firmness. I love the big space that's worth the price. I felt so space in this little hotel, the owners were so kind and friendly, vey lovely service too. In conclusion: i would come back here when I'm in Luoyang again.

LLibaijiaThe room facilities were old and worn, and on the first night, the showerhead was broken. I had to call for a repairman while soaking wet. When checking in and retrieving luggage, I had to call out multiple times before anyone assisted me. They offered complimentary fruit, snacks, yogurt, and tremella soup daily, but it was unusual to have someone knocking on the door in the morning to clean the room. I was surprised to find an ashtray in the room, which is rare. I had to keep the humidifier and negative ion air purifier on to avoid any smoke smell. This hotel has a lot of history; it was already there when I was a child. I probably won't have many opportunities to visit Luoyang in the future, so this stay at the old Friendship Hotel brought back a lot of memories.

GGuest UserSimply put, great value for money. If you're driving, pay attention: navigate to Exit A of Lijingmen. At the Jiulongzhu roundabout, don't exit until you see Zhongyuan Bank. Drive directly onto the pedestrian street to the parking lot. You'll need to go into the hotel and ask someone to help open the parking entrance. All the hotel staff were professional and attentive, proactively offering travel suggestions. The hotel's decor is very stylish. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, as it wasn't facing the main street, so I slept very comfortably. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Breakfast was inexpensive. Although it wasn't a buffet, each person received a set meal, and the taste was good, depending on your preference. The breakfast area was very comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent value, a truly customer-centric hotel.
