The room and toilet are large and clean enough to stay in the homestay, but it should be noted that the check-in time is only two hours 4:00-6:00pm, because we came out of Banff and encountered a heavy snow for 4 hours. The drive became 11 hours. Contact Ctrip Hotel to tell you that no late check-in is possible. After Ctrip coordination, add another CAD 25 and check in before 9:00am. It is very urgent all the way. In fact, the landlord lives in the room of the hotel

Overall a great place considering the location and amenities offered. Breakfast was great with all basic were covered. Swimming pool and hot tub was my daughter’s favourite of the stay. It would be better to include few water bottles / toothpaste as part of the package.

This new hotel was a convenient location to our activities in Chilliwack. The breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly. The in-suite kitchenette was much appreciated.

The room is comfortable, bright and spacious, but the floors are all made of wood. People walking outside the room are very loud. I happen to live next to the stairs and it is difficult to go up and down the stairs.

Some of a few good things i can mention here is front desk service and the location is quite nice since it is closed to highway, shopping complex, restaurants, and cinema. Unfortunately, the room we got is quite stuffy and stimk lile a dog -odor. I got itchiness slept on the bed, waking up with some kind of skin irritations, The washroom is noticeable dirty. The hotel's cleanliness standard is below my expectation where I had experienced from the same types/stars of hotels.

Nice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods. Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

Hotel location is very good, parking is convenient, there is no breakfast, but there are many eating shops outside the door. The town is small and convenient to travel, suitable for traveling by car. I was going to stay a few days longer, but Heavenly Father didn't make beauty, so I had to come again next time!

The hotel is a bit old, but the towels and sheets in the room are like brand new, very clean, better than expected👍The hotel is next to various restaurants, convenience stores, and public swimming pools. After dinner, you can take a walk by the lake. It's awesome👍and the price is cheap , good value for money👍

I'm from Bowen Island & came here for Christmas & to see family. Any future reservations for Abbotsford, I will definitely be bringing my business here. They were there to accommodate me, when family came, they were fine with my guests and didn't say anything about it. That was VERY important.
